Hands down the worst buying experience I've ever experienced. Their listings are misleading/falsified & rather than taking the course of action to make their website listings clear they instead choose to blame the customer & will speak over you when trying to explain your side of things.

This is the best place to shop for equipment and accessories for your commercial truck. I've never had an issue finding what I needed and if you call with an issue they are more than happy to help out or do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy.

I noticed on the order email my billing address was switched to be the same as my new shipping address? Also, shipping choice was UPS. They use a contractor in my area and they are terribly unreliable. The last order they tried to drop off in an empty suite in the warehouse complex I am in. Only by chance I saw the delivery attempt sticker on the door that said if not claimed in 3 days, shipment would be returned to shipper. My neighbor on the other side just happens to know the UPS contractor and told him the mistake he made. I have had other merchants ship to me by UPS at my home address where someone is home all day and they have returned my product without attempting delivery because it is 1 mile out of their territory. They did not even drop it off at the depot which UPS has contracted out for this very reason.

Hello i was trying to contact customer service. I received everything ok, the bumper shows signs of damaging and wanted to know what to do about it

When I ordered the product it showed as in stock. I didn't receive the product until 17 days after placing the order. I called customer service twice to check on status. Both times I was told the manufacturer doesn't drop ship and they didn't have any in stock so having to wait on order from manufacturer. They would receive the shipment within a couple of business days and then my order would be shipped. The second time that did happen. Also, the customer service representatives I spoke with each time were patient and pleasant.

First time here we will have to wait and see if they ship it fast and is what I ordered

Received my order in 4 days.
Order was complete and in good condition and as stated in the ad.
Would highly recommend.

Nice to buy a mattress from a company which deals with truck parts and accessories that offers reviews to assure you that the mattress your buying is liked by other drivers since they can be difficult to return once you try them.

I had to fight with FedEx to get my delivery. It sat at a local terminal for 4 days. Nothing against you guys but FedEx is a terrible delivery service! Hopefully in the future I can receive my package from UPS. Thanks

Ordering was fine, delivery was fine, customer service was non existent. I emailed twice to ask about an update on my order being shipped and never received a response. I did however keep getting advertising emails every other day however, just nothing useful. That gets annoying.

Well y'all are the only site that has this for his truck. So I have to order from y'all. First of all it says online free shipping. You just charged me for shipping. $12. You just lied. Also I received a coupon for 5 percent off on text message and when I typed it in it says it expired in November. I mean really come on.

Quick and painless. Called in for help in regards to a tire chain bracket that was not with the original order. She put the unlisted part in my shopping cart to await my next purchase. Great job. Thanks

Very happy. Was a little confused with order coming in separately and thought there was a screw up. I called customer service and they explained the separate drop shipment from west coast. Simple as that. Got the remaining shipment a couple days later. Great people there keep up the good work.

I have purchased many truck parts over the years from Raney's and have never been disappointed. If I have had an issue with a certain products the customer service is very efficient and professional in solving any problems.

Always a good experience. My biggest "complaint" is that I have now passed right by them on four trips through Florida...but have never had time to stop in when they are open. When I did have the time, they were already closed for the day! Just my luck!

Was supposed to get free shipping and 5%discount if ordered before midnight. I don't need any of this stuff as l only have one scuffed hub caps. Please call me at *******252if you can make this correct.

It never presented anticipated ship time before completing transaction but easily charged me 32.51 in shipping (which in today's market is incredibly high)... Especially considering what are my expectations on timeline????

It is very unclear if things are a pair or fit both sides...but you said FREE SHIPPING on orders over 75$.... wtf!!!!!! Tempted to cancel this order but it took forever to complete...not even sure of what I'm getting...

Raney's did a great job; had a small issue with free shipping for Dynaflex exhaust that was charged to me but they quickly credited my account and resolved the problem. Will definately do business with them again!

My order came in two shipments and one did not arrive, after a couple emails Raneys took care of the claim process and sent replacements before UPS even had time to confirm with me the package never arrived. Will definitely do more business in the future.

Everything was what I expected. Except for the top hats maybe I don't have them lined up right or put them on wrong but once I had them in I can not put 90% of my lug cover on due to the fact the stainless ring again the back wall bend when the nuts were tightened..

I shopped around and decided to give Raney another try. Checking out with Paypal was a plus. We run 10 trucks, 4 different makes. All the dealerships are close by but dealing with there parts departments usually turns out to be a headach. I'm happy to find parts online on my time. Safe secure checkouts and prompt deliveries will insure continued us. Thanks for all the help.

I had to go from 6' to 5' because I need my exhaust quickly one clamp was missing bolts for it got exhaust on but everything seems to not be right spools seem too long and mount clamps are not flat on pipe and seem to space pipes out to far Love the sound on them
