Raney's Truck Parts

Found item online. Price was far below what I had ordered from a local international dealer who had ordered it twice for me and got the wrong part both times. Was very impressed with delivery speed. Would definitely order from Raneys again.

Overall experience was excellent. Parts were very easy to find and order. I had an issue with the shipping that was caught by raneys and i was immediately able to get some of my shipping money back. Very friendly customer service, will be more than happy to come back. Only reason it didn't get a full 5 stars for delivery is because my parts came from multiple warehouses to be put together collectively to ship, which saves me shipping costs but slows the process. Cant win them all, will definitely come back.

Horrible service all around, took more then 1 month to get a front bumber. Turns out they charge extra fee besides the shipping fee if it goes to your home

I would call to check status and employees would be rude and would not want to help.

There was a problem with one item on my first order, but a rep got in contact with me right away and refunded half the purchase price on it so I was quite pleased.
Hence, I am now ordering $300 in lighting. I guess you could say that I am very happy with my shopping experience with Raney's.

I love your site. It is the best laid out site out there. So easy to find parts for specific trucks. The only problem I have is with your shipping. I have had orders placed wrong, orders shipped short. No email confirmation on when stuff shipped. Your turn around time shipping stuff is horrible. If you look at my account you will see I have ordered a lot from you guys. (You guys are the cheapest ). I've ordered from another site and my stuff was shipped out the same day. You guys will take a couple days to ship.

Refused to pay brokerage and extra fees by the shipping company they use ( hidden fees almost equalling the product and I purchased) then they kept what I ordered and offered me a refund of. 69 cents on a 50 dollar part. I will never deal with this company ever again

my shopping experience was good, nice and easy, I just wish it would tell you how long it will take to ship before you purchase it, I hope that it gets here before I go back out on road for a couple of months.

You guys had exactly what I needed in stock and the shipping was quick. In todays world that says a lot. I'll definitely be a customer for years to come if this is what I am to expect when I do business with you.

So far my experience has been great the one time I did have an issue with a product raney's was great about resolving the issue and sending me the proper product that I had requested no aggravation at all very simple and easy and friendly customer service

Nice duck,i think the rainey site is poorly done,hard to navigate,and provides no tracking info,at least it didnt work in my case.the overall site seems to be poor quality and i find it a source of frustration and would rather not do it again

Placed my order Thursday an received it Saturday,had one piece in the kit damaged.....called customer service Monday,sent a few pics by email,Raneys shipped out replacement and I had it Wednesday morning....That's great customer service

Refused to honor warranty

The Minimizer insert-style slick plate in my opinion is nothing more then hyped up white plastic junk that did not stay on the fifth wheel more then one week. It was installed one weekend 11-26-2022 and before the next weekend on 12-2-2022 the trailer pushed it off. I want to sent it back and get a refund but Minimizer don't stand behind their product but only offer to replace with another piece of cheap plastic junk. The Holland low lube insert is built much better with a metal core that won't push off the fifth wheel.

Raney's had everything I was looking for! Great selection and great prices! Everything came well packaged and in a timely manner! I bought an entire light package for a 2021 Kenworth W900 including a universal light bar for under the front bumper! And after installing them it looks fantastic! The quality and craftsmanship of the polished steel and lights is impeccable! Raney's customer service is top notch and very knowledgeable! I had a couple of questions before placing my order and they answered all questions throughly! Look forward to buying more things for my truck from Raney's in the future! Highly recommend doing business with Raney's!

The online ordering process and delivery were great. Our accounting team contacted customer service to provide a sales tax exemption certificate and were told that Raney's would not accept any sales tax exemption certificates. For this order it was only $5, but it will be a determining factor in ordering from Raney's in the future.

My order was delivered on time and was easy to order. The customer service was excellent and helpful.

Items did not arrive in a timely manner. I called and found out that they were on backorder. It would have been nice to receive notification of the backorder status. Other than that. I was happy with the experience.

Other than I was a little disappointed that the bracket supporting the door underneath has no paint on it! I'm sure it won't be long before that starts rusting. There's no reason why it can't come painted.

Tried and tried to pay by PayPal and would not go thru. Only reason I continued with transaction was because of the free shipping. Why show PayPal as an option if it doesn't go thru. Very aggravating.

I waited a week for a sun visor when it came it was all bent up called custer service took a week for them to figure out what to do been another week waiting on another one i would never recommond this place to anyone customer service is awful to deal with they wont call you back or answer the phone iv spent several thousand dollars here but ill never spend another dime here again

We had a problem with an item that we ordered. We went through the steps to return the item, but realized that return shipping would cost more than the item itself. Stephanie in their customer service department reached out to us and helped us resolve the issue. She was very professional and courteous and was able to help us return the item without incurring a large fee. It is rare for a company to reach out and show an interest in a small individual order and try to make things right. I appreciate their efforts to be helpful and run a good business. I would recommend this company because of my personal experience with them.

Your webpage got stuck on any form filled entries from my computer. I had to go back and enter each box manually. and also waiting in queue to order over the phone was a very long wait in the queue. need more reps in busy morning times. Also Music on hold is TOO LOUD!

Your catalog can be very misleading.. The headlights i ordered were advertised as plural.. Thats what i quoted my customer... when i went to check out i realised that the mistake was made on a couple of items i ordered..

Overall a good shopping experience. The wiper arm size is exactly same as my old ones and they're strong and new which new stuff should be like, except the fluid spray hose is too short, which is not quite like what's in the pic, to reach the tee splitter.
