Raney's Truck Parts

Shipping is too expensive but I have no choice. I'm a returning customer but have passed on needed items because shipping was 4 times cost of the item. In this case it wasn't but I'm used to Amazon and free shipping. I can get a lot of truck parts on amazon just not these

I bought the headlight for my 8600 international. All pictures showed the set of lights but only the driverside came. I read the fine print and realize I only ordered the driverside. Dont post pictures of both in the ad then. Makes things confusing and borderline manipulative. My mistake though. Lesson learned

Shipping is always an arm and a leg. I ordered some led bulbs over a month ago, when I first ordered them it said they were in stock. Come to find out they're out of stock after I bought them. It's been over a month and I barely received 2 out of 4.

Great, but you should have made it clear that the 10% discount coupon I was planning to use was expiring the the day of my shopping. I didn't have my credit card info with me at the time, so I had to hold my order until the next day. By then, the coupon had expired! I had no idea.

Products purchased were good, but I was really impressed with their great customer service. I was charged shipping initially and I wasn't too thrilled about that. But they immediately got back to me and promptly gave me even more credit/refund than the shipping cost. That's what I call great customer care. Keep up the good work!

They are great but the only thing I dislike about ordering is it never accepts my physical address and I even leave a note of that on my order form as well so I have to end up using my PO Box and it delays shipping time. I have been getting UPS and Fedex for years at my address my suggestion would be to better update your system. Thank you

Had concerns when an order did not ship after a few days. Called customer service and after they checked the part had just arrived the the previous night and was set to be shipped. Needing the part asap I asked about faster shipping option and the wonderful folks at Raney's changed my shipping option and for just a few bucks I got my part the next day. Really like the service and the pricing here and I will continue to give them my business as often as I can.

Parts and products have been great. Reward points are great, thank you.I just recently purchased a Freightliner classic day cab you have a wide variety of parts. I'm still not done ,I look forward to finishing my project with Raneys products.

I am not totally happy about 1 parts of my order , this is the chrome plate located above the lights , I have receive 2 plate for the right side in lieu to receive one left and one right . This is hard for me for explain that, my English is not good and the fee of UPS and the other fee for clearance at the border are expensive . I don't know what I must to do concerning that . Sorry again for my English.

Delivery was quick. My Grand General steering wheel cover came to my door in a well padded box and my item was in perfect condition without a scratch. Raney's truck parts is the best place to order truck accessories and parts.

Had a lot return to payment and shipping is much as product ,, I would not have purchased if was not a gift someone wanted specific from shipping cost alone ... Not order anymore if shipping that much

I originally spoke to Scooter,who was really knowledgeable,and super nice,when I finally was able to order,Andrew helped me,and he really went above and beyond what I expected thank you. Totally great experience because of Andrew.

Great seat cover, fits nice and snug and does move around when you get in and out of the truck. The material is good quality and doesn't look like a cheap seat cover when it's on. If you need to cover your seat this is the one.

My order was not correct and after a period of time my order was shipped 2 more times. I ordered 2 pieces and received 1 piece. Then I received 2 separate shipments of 1 each. Now I have 3 pieces. So, in every way, the ability to ship the original order with the correct quantity was not met.

Not enough info on parts and what comes with the order or info on mounting just a few pics could use a bit more info not even sure if what I bought will work on my bike or if I'll need to buy more parts

I'm very frustrated with the delivery. take 26days to deliver 3 orders out of 4 orders and still the order 4 is not yet deliver....and you asking me for the customer satisfaction survey. When my orders are not finish.

My order was as I requested. Products were what I expected. Arrived in timely fashion considering weather.
Only comment I can make is I wish I would have been informed my order was coming in 2 separate shipments.
