Raney's Truck Parts

I ordered a raney's fridge to replace the original cascadia fridge. The dimension were perfect but there are two things that didn't work well for me but I figure a way to make it work. The mounting and the plug did not work well with the raney's fridge. I have to drill additional holes on the raney's fridge in order to use the cascadia fridge mount. The plug of the fridge did not have a compatible T plug adapter. I have to use one of the circular outlet plug nearby

I expected my order to ship next day and was disappointed when it took almost 2 weeks to ship. I was not informed it would take that long and most likely would have ordered it from another source if I would have.

I only gave 3 stars because I haven't received the order yet. I literally just ordered. So once I receive my order and it's in good condition and operational. I'll change my rating once I get the product

Confirmed it would fit but they didn't follow through with order had to call 2 weeks later they said the didn't have confirmation it would fit they made sure it was ok to while I was on the phone the second time

Looking for this high quality Coverall seat cover. Your price and fateher's day promotion was a fair deal. I have used this Brand of seat cover and they are very well made for the blue collar type worker and to protect the factory seat.

I received it in a timely manner but had to return it as I didn't realize it was a radio for a truck. I was looking for an ordinary radio for my kitchen. I would hope you have received the return by now and issued my credit.

These foot pedals are awesome, great look . I did have to modify the gas petal where it was to long for my truck . It would hit the lower part of the dash . If you don't have the skills to modify don't buy them for a 2002 peterbuilt 379 .

Hands down, the greatest day of my life!!! I awoke around 7:30 am next to the love of my life. Grabbed a cup of joe and checked on my investments. Next I dropped the kids off at the pool while getting a BJ. Later I checked my pick 3 lotto ticket to find out I won $734!!! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, I found a sweet deal on a mattress at Raney's. JACKPOT!!!!!!

You didn't call or email me that the order was on back order. I had to call you twice to find out if I was going to get the order. Your people are not very professional to customers. My dealing with your company is not very GOOD.

The overall experience was great, realized we ordered the wrong cowl panels, called Raney's and they were able to cancel the wrong panels and I was able to order the right panels. Made the exchange very easy and order was filled in a timely manner.

Small modifications! Didn't fit on my 389 2008. My First sign, no wire plug, was going to have to cut into my wire hardness. Second sign bolts weren't long enough. Third sign was incorrect bolt pattern. Sent them back I'm waiting on my credit so I order sku# *******.

Ordered some new chrome caps for my Mack Granite. Best looking truck in Northwest Ohio thanks to you guys. Fair prices and fast delivery. Can't beat it. Will definitely be doing more business with Raney's.

Cheap version of what it should be the mirror looks farther witch is dangerous for a tractor trailer on the road and it doesnt have an attena hook up, other than that is nice, and the shipping took a little too long.

I had to put the part in the search box several times to get where I wanted to go. I would get bumper parts or covers for the beds when all I wanted was a hood ornament. I felt like I was fighting the entire time

I was shipped someone else's order. I called it in and let Raneys know. they sent me a call tag for UPS so I could send the order back. unfortunately I think they didn't ship out the correct order when I called it in. Instead they waited until they received the original incorrect order back. hence It took 3 weeks to receive my order.

I received a box asking for my email for a coupon. I gave the email address and never received a the coupon. I placed the order. I need the part. I purchased two would have been nice to save a little!

I purchased a new sun visor for my 2006 Sterling A line. The instructions were a little vauge, but it fits perfectly. There was a little drilling, but real easy. It's an excellent visor, and looks awesome.

Jefferson Chrome III is FANTASTIC!!! was super helpful and am VERY pleased with his service! this will not be my only purchase because of him! There were alot of other places to buy this product but I was so impressed with J.C.III that I made the purchase right then and there! Keep him around!!

Box arrived damaged and parts were missing I sent a picture of the damaged box and told them what part was missing. This was not good enough for the claims department they wanted me to send them pictures of everything in the box. Guess what I had already mounted everything I could to my truck and was just needing the hardware kit for one plate. So I explained again what part I needed and felt like I was being treated as a thief. It's a couple dollar hard ware kit wtf don't worry I went and just bought what I needed and will not be purchasing for you again because of it. All I wanted was what Is mine. But whatever. It's done and over now.

Raneys redeemed themselves by calling promptly to follow up on my halfway good feedback and were able to cast out the little doubts I had on their service.
I already had a good vibe on them but the call back sealed the deal. Thanks Raneys.

Took them about 20 days to even ship an average run of the mill $20 part. Called to talk to a representative over a week into it to tell them I hadn't received a confirmation email and kept getting the automated run around on the phone because I didn't have an extension#. First and last time I buy anything from raneys.
