Shipping was good, packaging was great, design is really well cut out, fasteners are all stainless and nice quality, they are standard nuts with lock washers, may want to get nylocks or use some blue thread locker which is what I did. The flame portion of the weight is a little in the thin side but the back plate is heavy and thick. Nice product we will see how they hold up this winter
I only received one light when I ordered three. I will be contacting customer service. Ordered three interior lights and only received one.
Have received all my order in a timely manner. Only had one item to be out of stock but even it was received in the allotted time they said. Happy with my experience so far
Had a minor issue with a fuel tank but customer support replied within 2 days and offered a partial credit or to swap it at no charge. Very nice to deal with, will use them again.
I attempted to order for the first time from this company, Near a month later, NO PRODUCT Some of the poorest communication I've ever had from any company, Filed a dispute just to get my money back, I'd politely suggest using a better organized company to purchase from, Not Recommended!

Never notified that 1 item on order was shipped by manufacturer from CA. Split order caused delivery delay for repair date on my commercial truck. Loss in time/revenue.
Everything was easy to find and price beat any where I looked. Only bad thing was every type of item was shipped separately so it took over 2 weeks to get the full order

Part I ordered was received in good condition haven't installed on the truck yet because it's in the paint shop.
I refused to pay the additional UPS charge after i paid the shipping, having the parts returned. Im no on the hook for all the original shipping and a restock charge. I wa told they wont ship to my USPS PO Box, but the previous order i made was shipped to my USPS PO Box. Never again with Raney's

They have a wide selection of parts. The fridge I order came quickly but did not have good instructions how to install. Same with the mounting brackets that were sent with them.
2 things: 1. Would like to see dimensions scale better. Bevels says 2", is that inside measure or outside measure. 2. Shipping, small package saver vs ups ground (which one is faster?)
Always like doing business with you I don't put in a lot of orders but when I do they're timely with the website that's easy to navigate and overall a great experience

Cosmetic-- replaced the Freightliner emblem with an American Flag style that fit in the area of the original emblem.

Always had great experience with Raney, until this purchase. Sent email to customer service on the issues with the product and never heard back from anyone.

All thing considered, the website is great, the parts available are great but I paid $27 bucks to ship plastic lug covers and eight days to deliver it.
