Rate your tickets responded right away to check my tickets and made sure they spoke to the seller to send over the tickets over email right away. Within minutes seller confirmed and found out they were Box VIP tickets! This deal was part of a VIP box at great price! I'll buy again!
Purchased our tickets and payment cleared over 3 weeks ago. Concert is on a Sunday so if there are any issues I will be dealing with whomever is working that weekend. Disappointed there isn't a better way to verify that our tickets are real. Waiting 6 more weeks to find out if we were scammed.
Tickets were cancelled with no explanation. I emailed and asked and then understood - as I had put my email address with my husband's credit card. Yes, good security measures but I had to redo the order. It would have been better if this security process when ordering explained that the details must match the credit card holder's details. The upset could have been avoided. Thanks.

Never heard back still don't have my seat tickets for the football game. After I submitted my email, I got an email back saying I didn't include my order number which I did. I sent back a screenshot of my order number and still haven't heard back.
Haven’t heard back from my email inquiry. Never received my electronic tickets. I have to have my electronic tickets in order to get into the tailgate party that I’m trying to buy tickets for. I do not want to buy tailgate tickets until I have the electronic tickets in my possession or I will lose my tailgate money if I don’t have a seat ticket.

Finding tickets was easy and i did need to change a contact number to which the customer service replied and assisted quickly; however, once purchased I would have like to have received the tix immediately via email or text

Very misleading website I saw some tickets that I was interested in in a specific area of box seating. Look like a great deal, so I purchased the seats after I purchased the seats. It turns out the box was not in the area located on the map, but behind the second level and behind the handicap seating, very misleading, and they would not refund my money. I will not be using this website again

Poor because bought 2 tickets & said total was $261 after card was ran ended up bn $743. I then immediately tried to get a refund & was given the run around & told it coukd possibly not get refunded & take over a few weeks. This is unexceptable i will NEVER use this site to purchase tickets again

My first time using this site and was a little hesitant on using to buy resell tickets. Within a couple hours I had the e-tickets downloaded.
I was looking for seats that had covering or shade and this came up in google search results. The offered seats we wanted were a fair price compared to using some other sites that did not have similarly located seats for the price.

I didn't want to pay the fees. Fees stink, and adding the fee cost into the ticket price offers no savings. I love the price I got.

The way they present tickets on the website is very, very deceptive. I purchased tickets that show about 1/2 way up the section. I went back to look at them again within 3 minutes of buying them and they list them in row SRO seats 1-10. I had absolutely no idea what SRO meant and thought nothing of it. It then dawned on me that it may mean Standing Room Only - sure enough that is exactly what it meant. I have never heard of SRO for a sporting event and especially in the middle of the section. It ends up it is not in the middle of the section it is actually in the top row. I called and spoke with a rep from this company and spent 20 minutes talking to them. Even though this was completely deceptive advertising and I called them immediately they refused to reverse this transaction and/or exchange them for other tickets. Horrible and completely unethical. FYI - this was a purchase for a game 60 days from now - not like this was a last minute situation where the seller could be damaged.
REVISED: After writing 2-3 reviews on different sites they responded. I sent them the information I based my purchase on and they agreed it was not accurate and they changed it on their website. They also issued me a full refund. Thank you RateYourSeats for having integrity. I just wish I had not been treated so poorly by your phone agent when I called.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this company. Customer service is beyond horrible and they could care less if you ever do business with them again.
