Rate your tickets responded right away to check my tickets and made sure they spoke to the seller to send over the tickets over email right away. Within minutes seller confirmed and found out they were Box VIP tickets! This deal was part of a VIP box at great price! I'll buy again!
Purchased our tickets and payment cleared over 3 weeks ago. Concert is on a Sunday so if there are any issues I will be dealing with whomever is working that weekend. Disappointed there isn't a better way to verify that our tickets are real. Waiting 6 more weeks to find out if we were scammed.

So it was a Wednesday morning and I see an amazing price on a Mariners ticket for later that afternoon. So I purchased the ticket and waited, and waited, and waited all for no response email with my ticket. I attempted to call this site and after 122 minutes waiting I hang up and email this joke of a company…. Still nothing! I email and call up until the first pitch at the game and then I give up ….
After 2 days they respond with a " we sent the ticket "
But nothing was sent …. So I open a case with PayPal and these punks dispute it on their end and after a month they keep MY money …
So because I paid on a MasterCard I disputed it at my bank level and now there's a FRAUD case now open!
DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE SITE!

Phone number sends you a text to connect to a chat. CHATTED WITH 8 OF THEIR PEOPLE. Sent me an email saying my tickets were sent already... I never got any type of email to be able to accept my tickets. I ASKED THEM TO RE SEND ME TICKETS. NEVER GOT THEM... I had to buy 2 more tickets from Ticketmaster... Rate your seats tickets cost me 341.68 dollars with no parking pass... Ticketmaster tickets right next to same area were 140.17 dollars with a parking pass... BUY FROM TICKET MASTER... YOU CAN TALK TO A LIVE PERSON OR GO TO TALK IN PERSON TO SOMEONE... WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN... SCAM!

Do not use them! They deceptively advertise and sell tickets. I purchased 2 PRIVATE VIP box seats at a very high price of $500+/seat but the tickets are for a SHARED VIP box of 8 people. The tickets took 4 months to arrive and were delivered one week before the event -- likely so that I would not be able to do anything about it. When checking on the status via chat, they said not to worry about the delay in getting the tickets due to their 100% buyer guarantee and that the tickets would be accurate and arrive on time. They now are saying that they will not refund me even though the tickets are not accurate since they are NOT what I purchased. They even came back after I complained and said the seller said it was a box for 4... when the venue told me was not the case. I discovered after the fact that tickets through the venue for a 4 person box are only $175/person. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL POST REVIEWS EVERYWHERE.
Making the buyer wait until the day before the event to issue the tickets (purchased 20 days earlier) is utterly ridiculous. Won't use the site again.

I purchased 4 tickets from rateyourseats.com on Sept. 12th. Order # *******. The tickets were to attend The Chainsmokers concert in New Orleans with my family. I emailed the company a few weeks ago after a horrible experience with another ticket distributor to make sure they would be delivered in a timely manner. They assured me the tickets would be delivered by Oct. 26th and said they are covered by a guarantee. Well was that a load of $#*!! The tickets were not delivered on time. I had to email them again to request my tickets. I finally received them in my email. I followed all directions stated in the email and downloaded them. So here it is Oct. 29th and I have 2 excited children ready to see a concert. My boyfriend left work early and we drove 2 hours in a horrible storm for a fun filled night. Nope! Night turn out to be the worst! We pay outrages fees to park. Run through the rain. We finally get to the gate and our tickets scan INVALID! We had 3 ladies with 3 different scanners try and ALL SCAN INVALID! The email says call the 800 number for any issues at the venue. Took damn near 30 minutes to get anyone on the phone. They transfer you to this one and that one. Shows already started. Takes them another 30 minutes to finally tell me they can't do anything and will open an investigation. I also may or may not get a refund and it could all take up to 6 to 8 weeks. Don't get me started on the bull$#*! live chat they also have. So now I have 2 disappointed children driving back home and my heart is just broken for them. Save yourself the headache! Don't use this disgraceful company!

First time buying tickets with this company despite questionable reviews. I bought my tickets on a Thursday morning, the only delivery method available was overnight UPS shipping. My concert was Monday in a different state so I figured they would arrive Friday & I would leave town Saturday. Thinking this would all work out but it didn't. Friday morning I notice there's a delay in my delivery due to a "mechanical error" & my tickets wouldn't arrive till Monday around 7pm (concert starts Monday at 6:45 pm in a different state). I immediately contact customer service they made it seem as if were going to help, said they would email me later with an electronic versions of my tickets. Nighttime rolls around no email, I contacted customer service again explain these tickets are rendered useless to me because they will not arrive on time nor will I be in town. They suggest I wait till the next day for updates on the delivery (my flight day) & they will send me an email…disregarding the fact I told them several times I will not be in town Monday. It's Sunday now & I never received an email. Seems like that's what they tell you to get off the phone/ chat line.
Overall it seems they are unbothered, don't understand the gravity of the situation & unable to provide a clear solution to a problem that is out if my hands. They also informed me that I can't get a refund unless the concert is canceled, excuse me? What happened to
