I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go & love it! Got 7 leads thus far currently talking to 4 and 2 are added into my pipeline! I am getting 10% off my next bill for leaving this review. But as I stated I am very very happy with the leads and support from these guys. Real estate brokers I promise it's worth it!
JUST CHECK BBB TO SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS! Absolutely horrendous customer service and sales (after you buy). They will tell you anything to get your card info including lying to you. They promised my 15 leads in 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I had 9 and only 1 that was verified as a seller with proper contact info. One lead even told me "the ad said an agent will NOT call me, so I will not be doing business with you since you lied!" Of course, I requested replacements for the bogus ones. They told me everything they could to postpone. My account had been "overlooked" has been "expedited", "amplified", etc. One rep even told me they could refund a prorated amount at the end of 6 months, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 6 months, and 4 more qualified leads TOTAL, guess what they said? It's not their "policy" to give refunds and "sorry I feel this way". Now almost a year later, still don't have the leads they agreed and promised to. Of course they have all my money. Complete scam artists.

There's no way you can figure this out without having more pertinent information and tax records. Even old listings will not give you enough information, so whatever you're using, it's nothing but hokum
I put in my information and you want me to rate your site without finding out what kind of service you provide? I hope the rest of this process is a little bit more professional than a stupid survey without any knowledge
Your system intimated that I would be able to see a suggested selling price for my home. Instead, all I got was a set-up to get calls from realtors and financiers looking to sell or refinance my home without the benefit of having an idea of its value and research.
I gave 2 stars because when you see an ad like this you assume you will have an answer within a few moments. Thats not the case you have to wait and check your email later. And who knows who else your email is given to and your inbox gets hit w/ all this trash mail. Also submitting a phone number gets you all kinds of calls while your busy or at work.
Another false promise sales marketing data collector. No valuation given only sell your contact info to 100s of phone solicitors and just by coincidence a flood of spam appear in your email within a day or so.
I have no opinion so far. It looks like you are gathering information, and I question whether you are doing anything more than a spying on homeowners. You look suspicious. You have my opinion. I told you the truth.
After they receive your money, the lies start. In two months out of 20 leads, over half were disconnected. They promised me a refund, but on the last day, they sent me 6 disconnects. I can't be more clear than to stay away from them. They change their name after they con so many people. I disputed the charge, so hopefully I can be reimbursed. Its like they hold you up with a gun. Homevaluestore, and so many different company names. Be careful with these con artists.
It's awfully early in our relationship to make us all self conscious about how the relationship is going don't you think? I haven't been on this site for two minutes. I'll let you know more after I check email for your report. Okay, nothing in email. Yeah, no, so far this experience has been pretty underwhelming.
Been selling for 28 years. One of the top two worst companies I have used. I paid $2000, like a jerk, and was ripped off 100%. Got 6 leads only one inside of the county I work and it was worthless. Sales person Eric david hidde was charming and engaging and a con. Do not fall for it, run!
Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company for anything at all. Reject these sales people

With the lead program, he was supposed to give me a certain amount of viable leads for a $2000 dollar payment which I paid, all of the 7 seller leads were not viable, we’re bogus, they weren’t even anywhere near my territory, far away And the sellers had no intention of selling at all no interest whatsoever, complete garbage
I don't like... All, I needed it is the general pricing instead getting my info... I don't to receive a call from anyone... I am not selling or buying anytime soon. Just need the value of my home for comparison...
I absolutely hate when sites require you to "verify you're looking to sell" and allow realtors to get your info when just trying to find an accurate estimated valuation, and would give 0 stars if I could. I don't want to be harassed by realtors just for trying to get an accurate value estimate.
Misleading ad. You indicated you would send home value estimate immediately. Instead I received an email to talk to someone. I don't want to talk to someone, always trying to sell something. Ridiculous!
They lie saying that they will give you a guaranteed referral. At best they will give you a lead which you have to struggle to get them to provide to you. A lead is not a referral and hey will charge you $750 + for a lead you could get for $20 elsewhere. Stay Away!
I'm a mortgage broker. Was told the leads provided were vetted for name and phone to make sure they were legitimate. Also told all leads would come to me from my area. So I tested their system, false name, false phone, false email, and a zip code for my area, and the system came up with a lender contact that wasn't me. So, there was no vetting for legitimacy. Called the lender who came up and he said his leads were no good.
Asked for refund and told NO. Spent the money, but I asked the next day and I'm sure they didn't spend it yet.
Update: While salesperson said no refund, company policy said they would refund if cancelled within 3 days -- I asked to cancel on 2nd day. Even though salesperson was not helpful, company did allow my credit card company to cancel with full refund. Still would not recommend the service due to deceptive salesperson.
I don't like having to leave a phone number to be spammed just to get a rough estimate... sites force you to leave contact information then get mad when you wont answer the phone... im not interested in talking to anyone... i just want an estimate...
Your form kept telling me that the phone number was not in the correct format. It was definitely in the correct format. I couldn't get past that field until I entered a phone number that I don't answer. So, good luck, $#*!s!
The lead "quality" is appalling. They charge a premium and the leads are basically just wanting a free CMA. Most are completely unreachable. If you are able to finally reach one, they will most likely be shocked and wonder why you are calling them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You would have better luck cold calling or stopping people on the street. It is absurd how bad these "leads" are.
They will lie about local agents doing well and buying more packages of leads. Do not believe anything because it's utter fabrication. The "leads" of someone who once searched for real estate on FB would be better than the trash they will send you. Customer service is non-existent. They will eventually get back to you when you threaten to escalate, but then will make empty promises and say they will send you more leads. When you leads "run out" (it's not clear how they count the leads dispensed, but in the end you don't really care because it's all been a pathetic and sad waste of your time, energy and money) there is no notification. I can only assume they do this because no sane person would ever buy another package so it's probably best for them to just slink away.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't! Don't listen to the lies and promises just hang up. Run don't walk away.

I do not want to sell my house or talk to anyone about it at this time. I need data due to a medical situation. I feel threatened by the note of agreement to receive calls.
No one likes giving their personal phone number to get a question answered. Email should be enough to prevent SPAM calls from various people other than you.
Your advertisement, in my opinion, is false. Most times people like me go online for this type of information because we don't want to talk or be harassed by realtors. Your ad seems misleading.
Bait and switch is not a good look. "Free estimate in minutes" when that's unlikely and you don't mention that you'll sell personal info and spam the person other than in fine print
Well, all I did was type in my address. How do I rate that? The truth will be if the phone starts ringing off the hook. That's when I will run for the hills!
I just wanted to get an idea of what my house is worth and you make me fill out a whole form so I can get bombarded with emails and calls from realtors and brokers. Not cool!
