I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go & love it! Got 7 leads thus far currently talking to 4 and 2 are added into my pipeline! I am getting 10% off my next bill for leaving this review. But as I stated I am very very happy with the leads and support from these guys. Real estate brokers I promise it's worth it!
JUST CHECK BBB TO SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS! Absolutely horrendous customer service and sales (after you buy). They will tell you anything to get your card info including lying to you. They promised my 15 leads in 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I had 9 and only 1 that was verified as a seller with proper contact info. One lead even told me "the ad said an agent will NOT call me, so I will not be doing business with you since you lied!" Of course, I requested replacements for the bogus ones. They told me everything they could to postpone. My account had been "overlooked" has been "expedited", "amplified", etc. One rep even told me they could refund a prorated amount at the end of 6 months, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 6 months, and 4 more qualified leads TOTAL, guess what they said? It's not their "policy" to give refunds and "sorry I feel this way". Now almost a year later, still don't have the leads they agreed and promised to. Of course they have all my money. Complete scam artists.
I realize you need to make money somewhere but you ask me for my email and phone 2 or 3 times before you ever get to the home value. Need a little more balance
I haven't gotten any info yet, why would you ask me to rate my experience yet, this is a bad way to get a REAL idea of what people think, as now I feel annoyed, and lower my 3 stars a neutral response to a 2 star, also because there is nothing info given yet….
Total scam or should I say what they promise is nowhere near what you will get and they even backtrack once your a client. I was told that for $4000 I would get 15 listing lead appointments guaranteed within a 3 month time frame. I was told these are leads where the seller actually has stated they want to meet with an agent to discuss selling their home. I was told that for any lead that doesn't meet that criteria, the lead would be replaced. What I actually got were leads that were either totally fake or the people had no idea who realpin was and had no intention to sell their home or meet with a Realtor. The company gladly replaced the leads with new ones but all but one of these leads were real. After getting about 10 of these fake leads I spoke to the salesman who i think is also the owner and he said if I can get you one listing will you be happy. My answer was no. I was guaranteed 15 listing appointments not 1 listing. He then told me if Im not going to be happy with 1 listing then hes not going to give me any more leads. It was like he was bribing me to accept his compromised offer. I contacted him several times, always nice but always the same BS and fake leads. He then claimed I wasnt a good agent because these are great leads that everyone is succeeding with. I asked to speak to a manager or someone who has success with these and got the run around. Now the salesman has disappeared. So wasted $4000 and got 1 lead in 1 year.

Do not buy, its a scam

You should have said that you would be contacting me for more information instead of making it look like I would get a generalized number for submitting the form.
A quick estimate without giving contact info, which will certainly be used to initiate robo calls and spam ad, not to mention outright scammers would be far preferable.
It's a comeon site, I dislike having to fill a form out just to do research. All your after is a new client. In the 70's We called it False Advertising.
Doesn't provide you with a "report of your property's value" as advertised. It is solely soliciting your contact information so that a salesperson can begin hounding you!
I'll find out exactly how good the experience is based on the free report that I receive, and the detail provided. I did however find it easy to provide my address and contact information.
Why a time estimate if I am only looking for a general value? I am hoping that I will actually get an estimate, not a bunch of unwanted phone calls - would be nice to know that up front as well.
I haven't seen the results yet. Then I can make an complete opinion. The form was very easy to complete. I'd like to see where and what type of comps you use to get to the selling price.
You should not insist on giving you the phone number! With all the junk calls one receives these days the use of phones is not practical anymore. An email address should suffice!
This site used to give used car values without asking for a lot of personel info. All I want to know is how much my truck is worth. It's no simple task to find that out on this web site.
I tried looking up a house I used to live in up N. And got good answer. I've lived in this home since it was put on this1-acre property new in 1996. It is double wide mobile home with carport.
It is on a great line to help people like me that just don't have cash on hand to help with a thought to see what I maybe thinking. I might need to make a quick sale for medical issues
So far quick and easy. Waiting on results so I find it strange to ask for a rating. My fear is my info will be shared and I will get a bunch of emails I dont want
All I did was add my address, so no other features to comment on. I do not like having to add my phone number as I don't want to be called about this estimate.
I do not want to talk to anybody! That is why I didn't call myself. If you don't want to email a report without talking then so be it! I will move on and will talk to someone else.
I just wanted to see my home value -- I don't like how you had to collect my email and phone number to give me the info I want.
It feels like a bait and switch.
I absolutely love the fact that you simply seek the pertinent info necessary to return a rapid response. Thanks you so much - I really appreciate that!
I live on a farm, so address is hard to get you folks to understand and My post office and zip is for webster county, and I live in Douglas County. *******036
I'm hesitant to send you information. I'm hoping this is not just a way for you to collect e-mails and phone numbers to use for your business purposes and telemarketing.
I like that its totally voluntary, there was no prompt to sign up which I really appreciate, when I'm ready to sell I will move forward with this system
I hope I am not going to be contacted by any real estate agents. I am not planning to sell or refinance any time soon. I want this appraisal for tax purposes!
Why do you scam people with... hey want to know what your property is worth? Then telemarketers wont leave you alone I just wanted to know value not get bothered with your sales calls,,,,
The phone number field errered on a correct format. I used help fill and had to start over again. Strange error the format was correct but error kept up.
