I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go & love it! Got 7 leads thus far currently talking to 4 and 2 are added into my pipeline! I am getting 10% off my next bill for leaving this review. But as I stated I am very very happy with the leads and support from these guys. Real estate brokers I promise it's worth it!
JUST CHECK BBB TO SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS! Absolutely horrendous customer service and sales (after you buy). They will tell you anything to get your card info including lying to you. They promised my 15 leads in 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I had 9 and only 1 that was verified as a seller with proper contact info. One lead even told me "the ad said an agent will NOT call me, so I will not be doing business with you since you lied!" Of course, I requested replacements for the bogus ones. They told me everything they could to postpone. My account had been "overlooked" has been "expedited", "amplified", etc. One rep even told me they could refund a prorated amount at the end of 6 months, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 6 months, and 4 more qualified leads TOTAL, guess what they said? It's not their "policy" to give refunds and "sorry I feel this way". Now almost a year later, still don't have the leads they agreed and promised to. Of course they have all my money. Complete scam artists.

Quick and easy to use site. Anyone can navigate through the website questions quickly in no time at. Directions are simple and easy to understand. I would recommend this to an individual owner or potential buyer.
Ive been in the game for a while now and I must say they Have awesome listing valuation leads. I can't speak for the purchase leads but I'm literally getting 1 of 3 leads listed and I really hope it doesn't change this has been a life saver for me financially! Worth every penny!

First, this is a very weird survey to ask when the page consist of 5 questions and you are asking for an opinion. I gave a 5 stars for your one page input info to get a free report valuation of an estimated home price of mine. So, this opinion question is rated low, if I make sense.
So far it's been really quick and easy to fill out the form,now I just need to see how long it takes to get back my report. If it's as simple and fast as the first part I will recommend you to everyone I know and even those I dont
I am hoping that their will be real accuracy in the reporting. Wondering why when I place my higher valued properties in the search I get a quick response and when I include others there is no response?
So far, so good. We are located where we believe we will be bought out by the Road Commission when they move forward with building the bridge from Hammond to Hartman. We were hoping to get a current estimate to negotiate with the Road Commission when that time comes
Good experience so far but all depends on if I get a response back without being hassled once. Just looking for a price and thats it. Don't want unwanted calls all day. If I don't get calls all day and get my price than it'll be 5 stars
It is ok but untrue. You said you will get a quote right away. No you probably will make an annoying phone call to try to talk about something else, when I just want a quote and I do not want to talk to someone.
If I'm able to get my quote right away everything went real fast and it was easy. But asking for how many stars you should have should be asked after I got my quote cuz I might have to wait forever and ever to get a quote but the few questions were very easy. Have a blessed day and be safe!
I just want to get an estimate as soon as possible not have to wait for something cuz I possibly maybe buying it if the price is right so immediate estimate would be better than having to wait for someone to contact me
I gave my experience 3 stars because I am being asked to rate my experience before receiving my report via email. I would have rated my experience higher if I was asked to rate my experience have receiving my report.
Could be higher or lower based on my ACTUAL experience with this transaction. The only thing I did was enter my address and contact information, so can't really say how this website transaction will be.

I am glad to find a place I can get an estimate without having phone calls from multiple realtors wanting to know if I want to sell. Please don't call. Email only the estimated value.

I think that this is a great link to get a head start on selling your home or property I think I would use it again. But then again I haven't heard anything back after submitting my request
If it is a free report I don't think I need to include my phone number. My email address should be enough. I don't like getting calls on things I did not ask for.
So far, my experience with this service is not bad, however it is not clear why my telephone number is required. There is no need for a real estate salesperson to contact me.
