I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go & love it! Got 7 leads thus far currently talking to 4 and 2 are added into my pipeline! I am getting 10% off my next bill for leaving this review. But as I stated I am very very happy with the leads and support from these guys. Real estate brokers I promise it's worth it!
JUST CHECK BBB TO SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS! Absolutely horrendous customer service and sales (after you buy). They will tell you anything to get your card info including lying to you. They promised my 15 leads in 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I had 9 and only 1 that was verified as a seller with proper contact info. One lead even told me "the ad said an agent will NOT call me, so I will not be doing business with you since you lied!" Of course, I requested replacements for the bogus ones. They told me everything they could to postpone. My account had been "overlooked" has been "expedited", "amplified", etc. One rep even told me they could refund a prorated amount at the end of 6 months, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 6 months, and 4 more qualified leads TOTAL, guess what they said? It's not their "policy" to give refunds and "sorry I feel this way". Now almost a year later, still don't have the leads they agreed and promised to. Of course they have all my money. Complete scam artists.

It was easy, but I would have prefer getting all the future estimates listed immediately and concurrently

All I gave you was general information. Have not recieved anything and evaluation of price. So how can I evaluate anything.
Fairly easy. I don't like having to put a phone bumber in. What if someone actually doesn't have a phone.
Haven't seen anything yet and i suspect i will now receive a Sunami of advertisements that will make block them

I couldn't get it to accept my phone number. I tried my husband's number and it sailed through. Odd since they were in the same format.
Some people would rather to not have to put in personal information for a report, myself included.
It is bogus that you require an affirmation that I must provide agreement to. Be contacted by a realtor. Hawaii Revised Statutes requires:
1. If your company makes any $$ for referring a realtor it must be disclosed prior to requesting that authorization. You did not.
2. No referral or Commission monies can be paid to anyone except a licensed real estate Brokerage located in the USA. If so licensed that information must be featured prominently at the top of any marketing material, or solicitation. It was not
Any violation of Hawaii Revised Statute Sections 467,514,521, or Hawaii's Real Estate Laws is cause for an investigation by the State of Hawaii, Department of Commerce and Consumer Protection Agenc( (DCCA)'s Regulated Industry Complaint Office (RICO) and\or The DCCA's Real Estate Branch (REB) and\or their Condominium Registration Division. In the circumstance where an egregious display of failure to abide by Hawaii State Law and for Hawaii Administrative Rules The Hawaii Attorney General has been empowered to file criminal charges or civil lawsuits for the purposes of protecting Hawaii's citizenry. All of the above agencies and there Departments accept anonymous complaints from any Hawaii resident. In fact I am in the middle of filing one now!
