I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go & love it! Got 7 leads thus far currently talking to 4 and 2 are added into my pipeline! I am getting 10% off my next bill for leaving this review. But as I stated I am very very happy with the leads and support from these guys. Real estate brokers I promise it's worth it!
JUST CHECK BBB TO SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS! Absolutely horrendous customer service and sales (after you buy). They will tell you anything to get your card info including lying to you. They promised my 15 leads in 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I had 9 and only 1 that was verified as a seller with proper contact info. One lead even told me "the ad said an agent will NOT call me, so I will not be doing business with you since you lied!" Of course, I requested replacements for the bogus ones. They told me everything they could to postpone. My account had been "overlooked" has been "expedited", "amplified", etc. One rep even told me they could refund a prorated amount at the end of 6 months, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 6 months, and 4 more qualified leads TOTAL, guess what they said? It's not their "policy" to give refunds and "sorry I feel this way". Now almost a year later, still don't have the leads they agreed and promised to. Of course they have all my money. Complete scam artists.
I was only interested in a general quote. No contact, definitely no phone call wanted. I gave the number that used to be attached to that property.
I do not like giving my information because people will not leave me alone then. I do not want people to call me and spam my e-moil just to find out information. This is bull $#*! and I hate that.
My house is the nicest house in my area the estamates are always far to low for my house because of all the other much lower house values in my area thanks!
I hope I donT receive a bunch of emails and texts from people selling stuff one insurance, home repair, solar roof panels, landscaping, etc.

Not able to pull up property with current address. Road name changes and so forth. It's been years since the road names have changed.
This told me nothing, no entry areas for condition of house or features what on earth are you going to base an estimate on.
Not enough experience to render an opinion, other than this is in my face without any basis to rate the form and service...
I'm not ready to give my phone number yet. Also, I would prefer to have estimated selling price for all of the proposed time periods.

Don't bug me with calls. Just use comps for 3 bed/2 bath, 1300 sq ft/excellent condition with spectacular yard and views
