I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go & love it! Got 7 leads thus far currently talking to 4 and 2 are added into my pipeline! I am getting 10% off my next bill for leaving this review. But as I stated I am very very happy with the leads and support from these guys. Real estate brokers I promise it's worth it!
JUST CHECK BBB TO SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS! Absolutely horrendous customer service and sales (after you buy). They will tell you anything to get your card info including lying to you. They promised my 15 leads in 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I had 9 and only 1 that was verified as a seller with proper contact info. One lead even told me "the ad said an agent will NOT call me, so I will not be doing business with you since you lied!" Of course, I requested replacements for the bogus ones. They told me everything they could to postpone. My account had been "overlooked" has been "expedited", "amplified", etc. One rep even told me they could refund a prorated amount at the end of 6 months, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 6 months, and 4 more qualified leads TOTAL, guess what they said? It's not their "policy" to give refunds and "sorry I feel this way". Now almost a year later, still don't have the leads they agreed and promised to. Of course they have all my money. Complete scam artists.
I'm hoping this doesn't end up being a scam and will send me the general information I'm requesting. Thank you!
I want to see the info live, not be part of yet another sales lead generator that has a bunch of unnecessary calls and emails coming to me...
Great hopefully the results come through in a time full manner were I would be satisfied with the outcome
I really don't like giving all my information, but I understand. Our home is not for sale I just want a better idea of the current value.
The form is easy enough to fill out but I honestly can't fairly rate the app until I get a quote & see how long it takes

Initial experience is good, but it is very hard to provide a complete assessment without the valuation (awaiting estimate).
I don't like being "baited" into receiving information when I'm just being inquisitive about a piece of property!
Just a suggestion but don't send a feedback to someone before they really have experience with your service!
Doesn't show the details of the property address (acres, bedrooms, bathrooms,...). Requires phone number is a negative.

You didn't ask sq ft amount of bedms or bathrooms same mistake Zillow reported wrong 4 bedms 2 baths large shed
I just filled out a form. You want me to rate how good your FORM was? It had questions and I answered them.
Too soon to say anything. Site was easy to follow, but having to write this much before you can submit is a pain.
I can't give a great evaluation of services until I see my report. All I can say is not much time expended on my behalf filling out forms.
If you just send the report and leave it to me to do whatever with it then it will be a good eperience
I shouldn't have to provide a bunch of personal info to get a home value report. Other sites like Zillow and Redfin don't do that.
Was hoping I did not have to wait to get something mailed.
