I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a go & love it! Got 7 leads thus far currently talking to 4 and 2 are added into my pipeline! I am getting 10% off my next bill for leaving this review. But as I stated I am very very happy with the leads and support from these guys. Real estate brokers I promise it's worth it!
JUST CHECK BBB TO SEE WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS! Absolutely horrendous customer service and sales (after you buy). They will tell you anything to get your card info including lying to you. They promised my 15 leads in 3 months. At the end of 3 months, I had 9 and only 1 that was verified as a seller with proper contact info. One lead even told me "the ad said an agent will NOT call me, so I will not be doing business with you since you lied!" Of course, I requested replacements for the bogus ones. They told me everything they could to postpone. My account had been "overlooked" has been "expedited", "amplified", etc. One rep even told me they could refund a prorated amount at the end of 6 months, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 6 months, and 4 more qualified leads TOTAL, guess what they said? It's not their "policy" to give refunds and "sorry I feel this way". Now almost a year later, still don't have the leads they agreed and promised to. Of course they have all my money. Complete scam artists.
So far all I have received is my input for address and my contact information. I haven't reviewed any information sent to me.
I have not received the result of my inquiry yet to give you my opinion, but the steps were easy to fill out.
All I know is that it was easy to fill out. I don't have the estimate so it isn't really saying that much.
Want instant results, not having to add email/phone etc. Are you selling my data? Also what are you sources to do the estimate?
It always has to have your info and then someone tries to call you. That's frustrating when your just curious and do not want to sell.

I really don't have an answer. The only thing I have done so far is fill out the info page and this evaluation page showed up..

Easy to navigate, Not complex process. But, it would have been better to have this after the report.
Was really easy to navigate. My only thing was I feel I should have the option to share email or phone number.
I haven't even got my results yet. How can I know if I'm satisfied with your form or not. Lol lol lol.
The form would not accept my first phone number and it said that it was due to format. I typed in my other number and there was no issue after that.
Should ask for star rating AFTER we take a look at your "report". Nobody is here for your form. Why you ask for a review of it is beyond me.
If report really does come...via email., I would rate 5 stars but if someone calls me I would give 1 star

Don't want realtor phone calls so why do I have to leave my phone number

I have seen nothing yet. I literally just gave you personal and property information and have received nothing in return.
Five stars is for ease of use of the form only. The rest of the procedure is still hidden from the user.
