Website is terrible
July 18, 2015

Might be a good search tool to possibly find property but the site takes so long to load do to excessive ads and pop up garbage you leave for another search option.

The "leads" are not leads at all. I thought Zillow was bad but Realtor.com makes Zillow look great. Biggest disappointment ever. Not one good lead in 6 months, no clients, no deals!

We signed up for 2 zips 80 to 160 leads, $1400 per month, ( the payment is per months, the lead count for the year- ripoff). After I signed the contract I realized I signed up for one year. Also, after I signed the contract the lead count was for the whole year, that's a joke. To make matters worse, after 30 days we got 2 leads, one was a real estate agent and the other person was a $16k condo. If your lead system is any good you would not require a 1-year contract and leads are normally calculated by month, not the year.

Brought to you by NAR. Restricting information. Sueing Zillow. Lying lying lying.

Notice the huge gap between reviews? All the reviews are either 5 star or one star. That's because worthless Realtors are rating thier worthless website 5 stars.

The website restricts your searches to COUNTIES and intentionally restricts vital information about houses. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Lying worthless scumbag agents are always saying "don't use Zillow". Would you listen to a used car salesmen if they said "Do not read a blue book" (offical book that tells you want used cars are really worth).

Would you listen to them? Then don't use this website either. Do your own homework and cut these worthless dinosuar parasite MLS list sitters out as much as possible.

What VALUE do these worthless talkers bring to the transaction? Nothing. They are just JUST IN THE WAY collecting your money for doing NOTHING.

I hate the new app!
December 8, 2016

The new version of the app is TERRIBLE! I can't easily see if a property is Active or Contingent like I could earlier today before the new version rolled onto my phone. I hate it. Not user-friendly AT ALL!

After reading other reviews I feel like my experience is exactly the same.
I have called support to essentially just patch me from department to department for the past 3 days. I have left multiple messages and made attempts to get a hold of a sales rep regarding the misrepresentation on the quality of leads that I had purchased.

I was sold into signing a pre-authorization form to be able to get ******* leads once they became available. No one explained that there were different quality lead types ("shared with other realtors" and exclusive). I was miss guided and was under the understanding from the sales rep that they were exclusive leads.

I have had an upset lead because he was confused why multiple realtors were contacting him. This led me to the discovery that I was sharing the leads that I purchased. The moment I discovered this I called support and no one has been able to help me with this for the past 3 day's nor will they call me back.

The lack of customer service is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. My time is valuable. I have lost many hours trying to get answers only to continue to be put on hold to be transferred to another answering machine.

I have put a block on my bank account due to misrepresentation, as this will not be tolerated any longer. I will not quit until it gets resolved. I will continue to go up the chain of command and spread the word on the internet. I have the executives phone numbers and I wont stop...

After listening to multiple sales pitches from Realtor.com I decided to sign up for their lead program. For my investment the promise was an average of (4) leads per/week. It never happened. I have had an ongoing discussion with John Montaque Region Sales manager for months only to be dragged along with promises not delivered on. Realtor.com has gotten one thing correct. They have not missed for one minute taking the monthly payment I agreed to. What they have missed is delivering ongoing quality leads. When asked where the leads are they tell you they can't control when people go to their site. They seem to have enough data for sales to guarantee an average of 4 leads per/week. They even continue to sell additional leads in the same Zip code when only delivering about 30% of my contract. REALTORS BEWARE. THE LEADS MIGHT BE GOOD WHEN YOU GET THEM BIT YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR. Realtor.com works like a medical plan. They hope you will die before you can collect.

If you rent ******* marwood condo in applegrove condominiums off of Gratiot you should worry about being ripped off by the landlord who owns it. The place was in great shape on our last day of lease and we walked the whole condo with the landlord and both signed the paper saying "everything is good" and she still used our deposit. That we initially have to her, she used it to put new blinds on the windows, to pay a company to come in and tear up the brand new carpet off the basement floor... she should have bought a new dishwasher, that one sucks. The landlord had cheap already broken blinds on the windows when we moved in and no screens on the windows, but we didn't complain... trying to be good tenants. She ripped us off and now is trying to charge $600 more than what we paid for rent. Good luck with that... maybe if they were stainless steel appliances but they aren't. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this landlord.

I used the old site DAILY. The new is completely unusable. You can't even search by zip code anymore and there are less filters. I am deleting the app. Very disappointing!

It's been 4 months now and I have received 3 WHOLE DEAD END leads... I called and complained and the entire story changed with them... There was "no promises" and at the end of the contract "they will consider paying me back"... SCAM and RIP OFF!

My BAD Experience
March 5, 2020

I recently sold my home in Hiawassee, GA using a realtor named Nichol Land at Better Home and Garden of Blairsville GA. My experience was all negative, both from the realtor and the managing Broker. I lost money because of the realtor and the firm for whom she works. I would not recommend using their services.

All I did was look at a few phones online. A few hours later over 50 agents called or texted inquiring my interest in over 20 properties.
If you just want to look online stay away from this site.

I have been signed up with Realtor.com for almost a year. I pay $365 a month and was promised to receive a total of 120 leads within the year. So far, 26 leads have been SPAM and most of those spam leads will call or email me and they threaten my life if I don't "give them money". 13 leads are for mobile homes, which we all know you don't make money off of. Realtor.com said they can't do anything about the poor quality leads or the leads that threaten to take me life. This company is a JOKE and the biggest waist of time and money. There are no refunds and you are locked into a 12 month commitment. REALTOR.COM WILL PROMISE YOU THE WORLD AND NOT DELIVER ANYTHING WORTH YOUR TIME. Now I'm stuck in a contract with this company and will continue to receive life threatening calls and emails, and they don't care! I will be speaking with my lawyer, this is not right.

BEWARE SCAM
January 12, 2018

Last January for a little over $200 a month I could share ALL of the leads with one other agent for Daphne AL ******* for one year. I was guaranteed at least 4 leads a month. I was encouraged to add all of the small zip codes in the area to receive the "orphan" leads. Basically, 98% of what I received were land less than $10K, rental, rent to own and orphan leads. I couple of months into the program I saw an advertisement for ALL of the Daphne leads over $200K. I called my rep and asked about it he said he would have to get back with me.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I would give REALTOR.com a 0 Star rating!
