I was using Realtyna for over 3 years. My site's update was getting wrong and late info. Homes were already under contract by the time it was updated on my site. They couldn't fix the problem because my support services was up for the year and I Had to Pay $200 for them to address the problem. If I could go back I'd rather Pay Boomtown/ Lofty/ or Sierra interactive. I Liked the All up front cost options and not having to pay monthly but the software doesn't compare CRM was poor the App for ISO and Android wasn't great either. I Wouldn't Recommend Realtyna... BTW they give their clients incentives if they write a Good reviews.

We enjoy the capabilities of the system... but, a lot of the information is non-existent on how to configure. Some weirdness happened where the data for MLS pulls broke after an update. Support was able to fix it, but have never explained what happened, and if we can do this fix ourselves.
I am hesitant to use it again, unless I see a major effort to create better documentation.
This plugin has a lot of features, and as such it is somewhat confusing to figure out how it all fits together. I purchased the Pro version with MLS add-on, and support stuck with me every step of the way to ensure my installation was exactly how I wanted it. I'm very happy with their responsiveness and helpfulness, and also very excited with how it all turned out in the end.
If I had to make one complaint, it would be their pricing structure. I understand it in a way that you only pay for what you use, however if you want to be able to utilize a number of features in add-ons, or require some customization, it can get costly quickly.
Its a super plug-in for real estate business; even that the system is made with separated database tables. This means that customization is needed if you like to use common WordPress plugins.
But the people at Realtyna and their support for adding new features to the system; is outstanding. Fair prices for support and good understanding for our needs and requirements.

Its a steep learning curve, and some of the features arent exactly intuitive, but the support for this plugin is absolutely fantastic. Especially Amy S she has helped me on several occasions and while the language barrier might get in the way, we always end up with a great result.
Great quick feedback and really try to solve the problem. Would appreciate to if there was a chat after the escalation was not solved for 2-3 email ping pong and that you then got access to a direct talk to solve the problems.

While I was worried at first about implementing an off the shelf product for our largest website project I was quickly put at ease with the quality of support offered by Realtyna. They've been nothing but responsive and the code they produce is understandable and easy to customize. I would like to take this opportunity to applaud Realtyna for their Support Team. My website was unable to process WPL's latest update and the whole thing crashed. My web hosting provider could not resolve the problem at all and I am not tech savvy enough for that type of IT issue. I submitted a support ticket and a technician named Howard P. Reached out. It took a few days because of access issues and serious problems with site incompatibilities but he continued to help me until he fixed the problem. He went above and beyond normal support to restore my site and enable WPL to work correctly. Top marks for the support received. Thanks Realtyna!
Realtyna has developed a comprehensive package with lots of potentially usefull add-ons, should the need arise. Mainly aimed at the US market at the start, their support is very ractive making this product truly international.

We did our research, narrowed it down to 2 companies before we settled for Realtyna. Started working with the Realtyna team the end of October, our RETS based solution website finally launched the first of January along with their IOS and Android App solutions. I can't say enough about the service I received during the 3 months of integration and setup. There were some issues, but nothing that could not be overcome by the support team. We chose to go with hosting with Realtyna, that way we knew everything would work as expected. Lika trained us on the ins and outs of the plugin, and she did a fantastic job. She also acted as an advocate during the times we had issues. She communicated well and got things done for us. Although they say they are based in the USA, the hours they worked seemed to fall inside a European time-clock.
If we had it to do over again I would still go with Realtyna.
I am not in the real estate industry so it was a bit of a challenge when asked to build a site for a new real estate brokerage. After some researching I found this plugin. I am glad that I did! Once I had read the manual I was able to add properties as well as agents without any difficulty. Well done to the development team and also a thank you to the support team because they were very quick to answer my questions - second to none.
Realtyna's WPL plugin is a very comprehensive real estate plugin. The views and widgets make it extremely easy to customize to match your WordPress theme, and the back-end aspect provides complete control over your website. As a developer, you can't ask for much more. Still amazed that this is plugin is available for free. Great work Realtyna!

Recently I've purchased WPL pro, and I like this site www.wpl8.realtyna.com. I chose them because of their awesome products, This is great website for anyone looking to build a real estate website with WordPress.
These guys from Realtyna have really built a great plugin for managing a real estate website. Literally everything in the plugin is highly customizable. Some settings are hard to find, but you just send their support team an email and theyll either fix it for you or point you to the place where the setting can be changed. We managed to customize the plugin exactly as we wanted. Great work!

I am currently trying to get my website up and running after many frustrating weeks of back and forth with the support team - they are not located in the US and so every email right is not returned until at least 24 hours later. I paid $250 for the WPL and it has an extremely confusing back end and zero documentation about how it all works. They'll try to send you to the "Knowledge Base" which is just a bunch of jumbled articles about a few issues you may have. Much of the service staff doesn't not understand or write in English and they emails I receive back make zero sense.
Also I paid $950 for the MLS integration and then they tried to start nickle and diming me for more money in order to customize the way the information is displayed on the website. Some of the titles are not even in proper English or make no sense to anyone that would be looking at the website, yet again, you'll have to pay more if you want them to change anything for you.
I am really busy trying to do other parts of my job and this has been an excruciatingly long and frustrating process. If you have other options, I would investigate them first.
Also, I doubt that the rest of these reviews are real.

We do have native English speaking staff, however, transferring technical information to a person without technical knowledge can be challenging at times. Some of our technical staff are not native English like you mentioned.
