I placed an order for a stock item on Dec 1 and then they said it shipped on Dec 9 but the tracking number didn't come up with anything until Dec 16th. Then on Dec 22nd after I still didn't receive the package which was for a Christmas gift they just sent me an e-mail with a refund. I want the product not my money back. Why does it take 3 weeks to get an item from Florida to Michigan? It took more than a week almost 2 to even ship it. You don't stock these items just say that don't lie. Your customers need to know the truth about your service or lack of.

The item shipped on time and USPS lost the parcel during transit. We replied to all emails from the customer and a refund was issued promptly to the customer. This same customer then came back and purchased the item again in January when it was back in stock and received without issue.
