Jessica was very informative and answered all my questions. I did not anticipate that I would receive answers to all my inquiries at initial contact but I was pleasantly surprised. She provided information and references that made me feel comfortable proceeding.

It took sometime for my case and I have to admit, I became skeptical of the process and thought I might have been getting scammed. I saw some negative reviews out there and became worried. However, they pulled through and my case was granted. I had 3 felonies removed from my record and could not be happier. Make sure you log in and get any updates on your case to make the process go as fast as possible. My case took a little more than a year and a half. Well worth the price and wait.

Look I know there is a lot of bad reviews out there about these folks. Yes the process took a while but it was worth the wait for the state I got my felony in I had to wait 12 years before I could even expunge my felony then I got ahold of these fine people here to help me out and they did the process took 2 years to finally be finalized but it's worth the wait higbees and there team did great I'm highly appreciative of what they did for me and I don't have the words to thank them enough. I am now free and can be a normal person.

The stars aren't bc of their service bc I do not know. I was curious so I came to look at reviews. I have never seen reviews that didn't have one negative thing to say. Either they are God or a fraud. Hopefully, they are as good as the 500+ reviews I've read. It just seems to good to be true. I want to believe but only one 3star and the rest 5 stars. I don't know but I won't judge until I know for sure.

I am so appreciative for Record Gone. They offer great payment plans to help make it affordable. I was am am very thankful for that. The staff worked hard and diligently on my case. I am now feeling secure about people not being able to see my past personal record that for many years have cost me jobs and embarrassment. The process is not fast but it was all worth the wait. I especially appreciated the quick response from everyone who handled my case. I highly recommend this company. My son is currently going through the process now. Hopefully he will have the same success.

Very thorough and Stephanie was able to answer almost all of my questions. I wish they had a little more information to steer me in the right direction as far as federal records. If they could offer more clearance options for federal records and were a one stop shop for everything, that would be awesome.

After trying for years to get my record sealed I thought it was impossible that I would EVER get it done. I've submitted documents to Cabrini Green legal team free assistance in Chicago. I was lead into a dead wall with a bunch of paper describing why they couldn't seal my record.

An arrest from 12 years ago snuck up on me when doing a BG check for nursing school. I thought I was in the clear! On the test, it asks, did you receive a withhold of adjudication and complete all the term of your sentence. And you're supposed to answer yes or no. What if you didn't get a withhold of adjudication but yes, you completed all the terms of your sentence?

Tried to get a expunged felony. I paid the retain fee of 400.00. Worst experience ever.No communication only email. Never got expunged never received money back.Spent over six months waiting for a result.
