I think the client portal and use of technology is fantastic and overall it was a great value. It is a truly modern solution for legal services, and they were ultimately successful on my case. The portal makes it easy and walks you through all tasks and dependencies and is generally transparent about expected timing. My case took 24 months from the day I initiated the services. Legal processes can be slow because of all the correspondence and wait times, but there were a couple instances where things should have proceeded more quickly, and one instance of a missing file. Overall I am satisfied.

I was recommended by my cousins husband and I got to say how excited and hopeful I am to be starting the process with this law firm. I can say it's not easy having a background and trying to keep a decent job. But with this process I am hopeful and blessed.

This is an internet conveyor belt, not like hiring an attorney who wants to speak to you to learn about you in order to speak to your character when the judge asks. As a matter of fact, I was never allowed to speak to the attorney that appeared in court on my behalf and was literally told that if I wanted to know what exactly was said in court, I could request the transcript from the court. Why? Because my attorney and team did not appear. They sub-contracted the actual appearance to another attorney who knew nothing about me and when the judge mentioned some concerns regarding one of the counts, she had no rebuttal as we never spoke.

Hire an attorney who will represent you as an attorney should. This is an important enough task that the extra few dollars are worth it.

Stephanie was very informative.
She patiently listened to my situation and assessed it accordingly.
She gave me the options to pay for the service. She was upfront on the length of time it may take from minimum to maximum to finalize the expungement or sealing whichever is necessary.
When asked how this company compared to others who claim the same outcome, she very confidently explained that they been in business over 17 years with positive results and are very proud. Feel free to research the company online as they appear to be very reputable especially with the BBB.

You guys are so full of $#*!. You ask what state and what court, state or federal and without knowing what kind of felony someone has you automatically say they are eligible?
Are there really that many idiots out there to believe your BS.?

Horrible experience here it's all about the money you pay them and they forget about you and then after 3 years they email you saying they need more money when you already paid full balance off what they charge.Total ripoff

I enlisted their help more than a month ago. I haven't had any contact from them other than from an email that I sent asking to the status of my case because for more than a month, there has been no updates. So far, this is worthless. I'll update this review if it gets any better, but nothing is getting done after over a month.

You stole me from another law firm. Stephanie was able to answer all my questions and gave me a better offer. The response time is great, too, and a lot faster!

Been well over a year. At one point I actually had to find the right court number and name of the person for them to talk to. After they kept telling me they were waiting for a response from the courts several times I called and found out that was not the case. The courts were waiting on them! Supposedly there was a hearing in January and I still can not find out the results. Definitely would not recommend this place!

If your needing g your record expunged or cleared then why deny someone who withheld adjudication was not successful, because that is not a conviction therefore its not on your criminal record so why would it need to be cleared someone who does not have it does have a record and needs their record expunged you do not approve which is a load of crap, so if I were you I would not waste my time because all you get is background removel, you do not get your record expunged it is just a gimmick and you would be stupid if u fall for it, u can't even submit a review without rating them, I give 1 star but that being g generous because I would not even give them that except u have to give them a rating or u won't be able to submit that just shows u what a scam they are

Attempted to use highbee and associates. Called the number. The lady was nice, listened to my issue and was quick to take my deposit. Never heard from them untill I contacted them about getting a refund for services unrenderd. Five days later some lady calls and attempts to act like all is going according to our verbal agreement. Totally not what was agreed. So I had to fire them. Never got a refund. Total ripoff! Spend your money on a attorney you can actually contact and will work with you. Not a company that you can't even talk to for 48 hours if your lucky.

The stars aren't bc of their service bc I do not know. I was curious so I came to look at reviews. I have never seen reviews that didn't have one negative thing to say. Either they are God or a fraud. Hopefully, they are as good as the 500+ reviews I've read. It just seems to good to be true. I want to believe but only one 3star and the rest 5 stars. I don't know but I won't judge until I know for sure.

It was an easy experience so far working with the firm and getting it set up. Going forward I have a sense that things will work out smoothly.
