Customer Support repeats simple words, Program does not work, also Cannot create USB bootable media, So sad that i bought this program and trust wondershare

Recently my HP laptop crashed...

Recently my HP laptop crashed, and there was no way I could find to get a hold of my files inside. But then I used Recoverit's through a bootable USB and retrieved content very quickly.
