The company has garnered mixed feedback, with some customers appreciating the stylish clothing and efficient customer service. However, a significant number of reviews highlight major concerns regarding the return policy and customer support, particularly related to unclear terms about final sales and poor handling of defective items. Many customers express frustration over the difficulty of obtaining refunds or exchanges, often feeling misled by the fine print. Overall, while there are positive sentiments about product aesthetics, the prevalent dissatisfaction with service policies and responsiveness suggests a need for improvement in customer relations and transparency.

This company lost my item/it never arrived so I has to call the customer service. Was told I had to wait a month for them to complete their investigation before they could send replacements.
I expressed fear they would be sold out so this incompetent moron Kelsi said "no worries babe we already put the items in your size on hold for you and contact you by August 19th. 3 weeks later, August 19th came and went, no reply for 3 days later they just forgot, had to hound them down to be told the items which supposedly were in hold for me were now sold out completely. WtF how are they sold out if you put them on hold? Apparently in Kelsi's deranged head that makes sense. And now being offered store credit for a place I never will buy from again!
Save your money from these liars and scam artists, this is not a real company.
Go buy shein or fashion nova instead this place is not worth the money or headaches.
Red dress is systematically racist. Barely any diversity featured in their so-called models who do not know how to walk. They did feature a few non-white models but more so after the ongoing protests (super fake). Very pricey too.
This place should be getting a no star. Do NOT order from here. They make you pay for your returns. They do not give you your full reimbursement so you are double charged for shipping. The clothing is cheap and feels worse than Forever 21 clothes. Good will has better stuff than them. I bought a dress for $50 and paid $7.75 to the post office ship it back since they do not cover that. They only reimbursed me $43 because they do not include the shipping (I paid $5.95 to the website) that you had paid for.
Overall, they are an okay store and company. I've purchased a few things that I've liked and kept. However, there was one time where I made a return on a blouse I bought from them. Everything on the return end went okay, but when I wrote a three-star review on the blouse, that only had one other five-star review, my review was not approved for the website. It struck me as odd and makes me think they limit the amount of reviews they get that are not five-star. A bit suss, if you ask me.
As an online shopper and someone who works IN customer service, it was quite surprising to see a company deal with customers as they do. Any returns are an absolute fight. Any concerns with the quality of clothing or even so much as *questioning* the quality when it is already purchased and shipped is also a fight. Not for me, won't be back.
I adore red dress and do 90% of my shopping there. I've never had a single problem and all orders come timely and accurately. The only concern is that the sizing is off. I've never been a large in my life and yet I always have to order large dresses to ensure they fit.
I purchased a bunch of items during a sale. I did NOT see a disclosure that the items could not be returned for your money back, only a credit. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING HERE AGAIN AFTER I SPEND MY $250+ CREDIT. I feel like the disclosure was hidden, and I feel tricked by this company.
Their sizing is a bit off- but when I received a very expensive pair of jeans that were damaged- they replaced them and didn't ask me to send the others back. Not only did they replace them, but they replaced them with a totally different style that I wanted instead. They were very responsive. I'll be ordering again.
I recently ordered three dresses during a 20% off sale. One is pretty see-through, and the second is perfect. Unfortunately, the third dress I ordered in a small (I am always an XS or S) and it is more like an XXS. I am 5'2" and 108 lbs, and their generic sizing chart says it should fit. I contacted customer service to exchange for a larger size, and was told I could only return for store credit and then re-purchase. Sadly, they were unwilling to give me 20% off for my new order, so I would not only have to pay for shipping but I would then have to pay more for my "exchange". I only purchased these dresses because they were more affordable with the 20% off. I would've gladly exchanged for a larger size, because the dress is very cute. I am incredibly bummed that I just spent that amount of money and am unable to exchange for a size that fits me.
RDB has held a special place in my heart for many many many years, maybe like 7 years?! The clothes are some of the cutest stuff I've ever seen, they style their models so well that you buy the whole outfit, and the prices are fair which is nice.
One thing is truly valued on the site was the exact measurements on the sizing chart. It allowed me to confidently shop for my size without buying something that won't fit and being disappointed... and waisting money since they charge you for return shipping... who doesn't like keeping an extra $7 bucks in their pocket. I wear a large so the measurement guides are important for my 41 inch bust. However, within the last few months they changed to a "generic" sizing chart which i find the be completely dumb and not inclusive.
RDB for a fact sells clothes with a bust bigger than 38 because I own so many shirts and tops but according to their size guide they don't... what? They even hilariously have an XL guide on there and they don't even sell XL/Plus close anymore (they did once though, what happened?).
When I asked on Instagram about the size chart, the boutique stated that many girls didn't like the specific sizing chart and asked for a generic chart, which I think is a lie. How could people not appreciate exact sizing and knowing if the garment will fit you or not?! Size small girls need to know if it will be to baggy, size medium girls like to know if they should size down, up, or buy the medium, girls who are 5'7+ would like to know the exact length... not an average, not accurate number. So for the boutique to outright say that they changed because of the customers doesn't seem genuine to me. I can't find any of those reviews, feedbacks, or any kind of email sent out to RDB customers (since they have buyers email address) asking how we feel. If they exist, please share to back your comments up.
They also stated that they will have a chat on their page so I can ask questions there. So guess what I did? I wanted to know sizing on about 6+ dresses and tops and I sent them every top, asked for length and bust for a Large. They saw my message because it told me O****a was online and checked it. I never got any kind response about my inquiry nor did I get an email about it since they make you add it to chat. I was very disappointed that I didn't get the service they said they would deliver.
I have told many people about this ridiculous change and the boutiques response to it. Not impressed and it truly breaks my heart. I feel like the boutique is being lazy for not adding individual information for each garment. They're going to focus on "descriptive" fit guide, which most are just copy and pasted. Maybe add the bust/waist/length info in there too, boo.
I really wanted to love this company, yet my first order they sent a dress vs a shirt and by the time I shipped it back the event was over I had ordered it for. So I tried again; second order was missing an item. Now 2 months later I am getting shorts hopefully shipped that I can no longer wear due to cold weather. Cute clothing and reasonable prices; yet I assumed they would accept some responsibility for X 2 different orders being completely messed up and offer a discount, coupon, etc? Still awaiting correct items?
I really didn't want to even rate it with a 1 star but in order to post this I had to. Don't get me wrong, this company does have really cute items on their website! But, their prices are absolutely ridiculous and overcharge people for these clothes that are made very poorly and end up shrinking very badly or seems tearing and then the piece of clothing ends up having a hole in it. I've ordered so many things from this company and have spent several hundreds of dollars with them and most of it has been garbage. I always give them the benefit of the doubt because where I live we don't have a wide variety of boutique shops. Buts after my last order I'm done with this company! And the items I've ordered that didn't fit either too big or too small, when I would send back priority they never wanted to refund my money back on to my credit card so to that effect I would always have to call them and they would always have some lame excuse is to why they never refunded me my money! SO buyer beware PLEASE!
Thank you for guiding me through a wonderful, easy transaction! I purchased the earrings for a fantastic price and the customer service representative made it all happen. Shipping was very fast. Would love to purchase from you again!
I've bought several things from this company and received the items within a week. Their jewelry and clothes are affordable and beautiful, and the company is very good about getting back to you right away. Great business!
