Everything was self explanatory. I understood what was being sold and I'm excited about booking my trip in a few months.
It was easy to activate my vacation. Very simple process. I will not be taking my vacation until next year but you have 24 months so that is fine.
Although the response was quick my issue was not resolved. Overall I'm still greatly appreciative of this opportunity to getaway
I think its stupid you have to pick a location before seeing any dates and actual hotels, not 'sample' hotels.

There are no rooms available for the dates im picking but they show them in green as being available

Great Savings fast and easy I wish it was more hotels on the beach to choose from without having to pay a lot more upgrade fees
Difficult to find dates for accomodation that have good reviews. Most seem mediocre and plenty of bad reviews.
Only thing I didn't like nobody could tell me about getting a extra night threw my package it said 4.75 for upgrade or extra night
I was able to pay the taxes/fees with no issues. Having the opportunity to redeem my 4 day/3 night trip within 18 months is awesome.

Also, the fact that you are pushed to pick the location so early on is not fair.
