I was very happy with the gift and offer until after I paid for the activation and then tried to book a reservation for a trip that I am taking at the end of the month, but could not book the room reservation because it states I have to wait 30 days before I can use the gift. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Then it says I have up to 18 months to use the gift. It would be different if it was for a trip in the states and I could use it within 18 months. But how often does someone get to go to Ireland and who goes to Ireland every 18 months?

Again VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!... and feel like I just wasted my $99 dollars to activate a trip that I can't use.

The activation was misleading and did not explain things properly. Leaving me having to try to fix my voucher and the booking. It's frustrating and not productive at all.

My experience was great. Everything I needed to know or wanted to know, it was answered. I very excited about my vacation and can't wait to go. Thanks so much!

It was rocky at first the airport experience was the worst than got to hotel wrong hotel, got to right hotel it was issues there got that together n we have been enjoying are self after all

So far pretty easy I hope that when I go to book the hotel it will be this easy as well and hope that it is going to be a hotel with which i would want to stay.

The ease of using the website to redeem trips was wonderful and fast. I also liked how it gave you the breakdown of how much time you had to redeem and how to use the site for future planning.

The quality of the hotel options we're poor. And the rates were pretty high to upgrade the room. The names of the hotels seem like they are just on random streets in Mexico

It should be clear of the value of the voucher. We should also be able to chose different rooms without having to pay an upgrade charge. More hotel options should be provided as well.

What are the hotel options in Tahoe for this offer?

I was picked as a winner. This is my first time ever using RedeemVacation. However I'm sure I'm going to have amazing time when I am ready to travel out.

I won a trip and I a so excited! I love Orlando and I'm going to use this vacation for some much needed R&R. I haven't booked my stay yet but I'm scheduling dates ASAp

This place {redeem vacation} is a scam. It appears that Redeem Vacation is like the middleman's middleman { flunkies}. They work with a "supplier" that works with another company that's connectd to the hotel. There is no real discount and the hotel selections are below mediocre. I was referrred to them by a trusted friend and it was the worst advice ever. I booked a hotel thru RV and after the payment went thru, I wasn't able to get a hold of the hotel. I tried for 3 weeks and the week of my trip and Aloft Cancun hotel never answered the phone. The phone would ring, I would selected the options that first me and the phone would have a busy tone and disconnect. I decided not to take my family travelling for spring break to a hotel with a lack of phone presence. I can't trust a place that I can't communicate with. I reached out to RV several times but no help. RV and it's robotic response system was a copy and paste communication line. Real low class if u ask me. Several time RV ask why do I want to contact the hotel I paid for and staying in. Huh? What type of Customer service is that? Anyone could be on the other end responding while running errands. All they kept doing was repeating the same stuff. At the end, I lost $400 with them because they would not refund my money no matter what. Save yours some time, money and piece of mind. Book your own vacation package. I decided to contact the Marriott in Cancun and had the best time in my lift. Even though I paid more money for my stay and lost Money, my family was safe and happy. Priceless

I don't feel like we should have to pay the taxes and resort fee when it's supposed to be a free trip. Doesn't make sense.

It is easy to redeem online, But using this redemption gift for the first time and we are excited to have a trip in next 18 months.

Very misleading I think you should let people see their options before they pay their was no weekends and only one hotel as the option

The process has been simple thus far; however, I haven't booked my vacation yet do I have to see how that works.
