The website is clear with chat facility that is responsive and helpful and placing my order was straightforward and easy. The product I bought was very fairly priced and delivery was fast. An excellent and happy shopping experience.

Lovely bridle, good price, okay delivery time. Only disappointment was that it was only shipped in a bag so it had arrived squashed. Having paid over £100 I would have liked it to be in a box where it wouldn't get damaged.

I think it's odd when I get asked for a review and I haven't even received my order. Therefore the review is obviously not going to be as good as it might be if the review was requested after I had received my order

This was my first buy on a online shop. The online team (Eve and Sherrie) were amazing since the first time I spoke until I finally finished the order and they made all efforts to make sure I received it on the only day possible. I purchased a Charles Owen Skull Cap Pro II Plus, Reins and a couple other bridle parts from redpost. I was having trouble finding my helmet size online with the style that I wanted, but redpost had an excellent selection of each thing that I needed which was perfect. I am in the US so I was a little nervous about ordering over seas but they did a great job sending updates about my order through email, and my items arrived 7 days later! Will definitely buy from them again in the future!

Redpost Equestrian stock really great items. I have bought items for my horses and myself and my family. I would recommend using them as a retailer. Delivery for items bought on the internet is fast and reliable.

Very happy with the Mio lightweight rug I ordered, it fits Flynn perfectly. I don't really like online shopping as I like to shop local where possible and see the goods before I buy, but so glad I found Redpost as they're not a million miles away from me!

The first pair I ordered were too big in the calves so I sent them back in the meantime ordered another pair but a completely different style the whole procedure was effortless my replacement pair were delivered very quickly

I the item was in two parts & only received one. Contacted customer service & haven't had a reply :( The postage was as much as the item so overall not a very positive experience & a disappointed little girl.

When I placed the order I thought "Quick, easy, affordable and uses PayPal - brilliant".
However, Parcelforce were the carrier so it took quite a while to be delivered. Then, because I wasn't home when they called, I had to schlep into town to collect it from the post office (meaning an early dart from work!)
I then realised I'd been delivered a brown whip rather than the black that I thought I'd ordered.
It's not life-critical - but you did ask!

Fantastic service telephoned to see when my order would be despatched as I prefer quite late when j said it was for my daughter for Christmas they sent it immediately and arrived before Christmas thank you very much

Incorrect item initially sent though when it was explained it was for a birthday gift the next day, a courier was despatched and a doorstep exchange made to save me having to wait for the incorrect item to be returned before the correct one was sent.

Very pleased with all the products in my order. Website stated some of the items were in the warehouse and delivery was expected 5th-8th March. However I received the order on the 27th Feb. I was notified in the morning by text with a one hour time slot between 2 & 3 pm.

Have used red post a few times and always am happy with them.

I'm originally from England but now I live near Seattle. I get great service from RedPost Equestrian and it's like shopping locally with the bonus of getting great products not available Stateside. For example my new SamShield stirrups.

I came across Redpost when searching for a Happy Mouth bit. The bit was a good price and I was happy to give this Company a try. The bit arrived promptly and I will be ordering another from them shortly.

The customer service that I received from Redpost was second to none! The jacket arrived the next day and although the item was too small for my son, on phoning they couldn't do enough to help. The item was refunded immediately on receipt and I thought the love hearts were a lovely touch too!

I recently purchased an Animo competition jack and a Samshield helmet. They are both very nice quality and so comfortable. I had a little confusion trying to figure out what size jacket I needed but all worked out well.
