It took over two weeks till I recieved the package to Japan.(Maybe because of Covid-19?)
I am very happy with the price and service,so I will use this store and recommend to friends unless we're not in hurry.

I was looking for particular Ariat competition shirts that I could not find anywhere in Japan, but fortunately they were available in this shop. Unlike US stores delivery charges for foreign countries were clearly stated, which I think very nice, so I immediatly ordered the shirts. The wrapping was very simple and the delivery was quick. I would definitely recommend the store to my friends if they could understand English.

Ordered a pair of Ariat trainers using the standard delivery option. Was expecting a bit of a delay due to Covid issues so I was amazed when my trainers turned up first thing the following morning in time for my dog walk! Definitely will be using Redpost again.

Everything was absolutely fine- prompt delivery- very good.
Only downside was a split in one of the bottles. Package was a little wet, but couldn't find source at first, was gently seeping on shelf for a day before I found the split in the bottom!

I usually buy this item from Amazon then found it was cheaper here even with the postage added on. Very good service

I heard about Red Post Equestrian from my trainer. I needed a new helmet. I really wanted a Samshield. The price on Red Post Equestrian was amazing, even with shipping to the US! There was also an offer of a free helmet bag. There was a note that this had to be pre-ordered and could take up to 5 days. I really appreciated the note.
Checkout on the site was very quick and easy. This morning, I received a shipping notification from DHL that my helmet has shipped with a tracking number. My helmet should be here on Monday of next week!

I didn't realise Redpost Equestrian existed until I browsed online for Ariat boots. First pair arrived really quickly but were too large so I reordered over the phone as required a speedy delivery.
Customer services couldn't have been more helpful and actually suggested a different pair of boots that I hadn't considered. These were sent out immediately and arrived the next day.
I'm really pleased with my purchase and the ease of the entire buying process.

I ordered a pair of veredus overeach carbon boots, I needed them urgently as my horse keeps pulling shoes off in field, which is extremely soul destroying!the boots arrived before 12noon the following day, which was perfect, but they were too big. I telephoned customer service and explained my predicament they acted promptly and efficiently and managed to send me another pair out that day (even though I was past their deadline), which I received the following day.boots are perfect and they are, so far keeping shoes
on :). I also found when returning the larger size boots an extremely easy service.

I received two faulty products. The other one had two stains on it and the other was broken from the seam. But I reached out to the customer service and so far I've gotten great service from there. Shopping experience otherwise was great and the delivery was fast and not noticably expensive to France unlike with some other UK based companies

Redpost is possibly the most responsive online equestrian shop I've yet used... and I use A LOT! Great range of products, great website, great delivery times and great delivery provider! AND I got my fave Ariat boots at huge discount in the Black Friday sale! Keep up the good work Redpost!

Very efficient and quick delivery. I wasn't in the first time delivery was attempted but left details for re-delivery and the item was delivered as requested. I would definitely recommend Red Post Equestrian.

The order process was simple and the delivery - next day - was amazingly quick, especially given the exceptional cirucmstances we are all living through. OK I was only ordering shoes not toilet rolls, but all the same...

I needed 2 rugs for my horse. The range was the best I found online and the prices better than I was expecting. The delivery service was first class. Products exactly what I wanted. Couldn't have been a better experience from beginning to end.

My niece works in a local hospital and is in direct contact with COVID-19 patients. She had difficulty in obtaining hand sanitiser so I helped her by making sanitiser from surgical spirit and glycerine. Thankfully Redpost Equestrian had surgical spirit in stock and delivered it to me promptly. Excellent service.

I bought two Amigo foal rugs, a 4' and 4'6" for the foal to grow in to.
The 4'6" arrived damaged with the belly strap unattached.
Luckily the foal has a few weeks to grow so I will have the rug repaired at my own expense which was slightly disappointing. Howerver, when intact they will be nice rugs and the service was fast and efficient.

I was so impressed with how quickly my order was delivered. Much faster than anyone else I have ordered from during lockdown. I would definitely order again and have already recommended Redpost to someone else at my yard.

I wish there would be more information about the products. Ordered one of the Likit toys and it didn't mention whether it has 1 or 2 likita insert, nor if it comes with any, so I have ordered only one and had to go and find shop locally to get more inserts.

I ordered arma over reach boots and you sent me shires and then when I rang and complained you emailed back to say Shires now own arma and they are the same product. They are not. Arma has leather closing flaps in the same colour as the boot, shires has cheap black Velcro on a brown boot
