First order from Redpost. I wished to have the item embroidered before delivery, but was unable to input my special instructions due to a minor issue with the website. However a quick phone call to Redpost and the issue was resolved immediately. Very friendly, yet professioanl service. Higly Recommended!

Your delivery was quick. The product (a 14" Bucas Recuptex dog rug) was lighter in weight than the previous Bucas Freedom dog rugs. But my friend tells me her old Jack Russell is as warm as toast in it. She is in Alberta, Canada (postage there was very slow!)

Great easy and simple! Don't like the postage costs though! Just to say when I received my order the interior of the box was wet. The Absorbine Whitener had leaked. May I recommend you tape the snozzles and/or lids before posting so the contents can't leak.

I purchased the Groomi this fantastic gadget is used for grooming horses and dogs. I use it on my terrier dogs it is brilliant.
The amount of hair it takes off is brilliant, I have a selection of grooming brushes at home but none of them compare to the Groomi.
I would definitely recommend this product.

I ordered jackets for my dogs from weatherbeeta they were shown as " in stock" and I asked for next day delivery.

They arrived by the next afternoon and the order was correct and complete.

I am out of the country from Redpost and I bought a shadbelly. It was too small when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they helped me with an exchange. It was very easy and they were so polite and helpful, even with me being out of country. Amazing customer service and I appreciate it very much!

Being a novice web user, found the whole browse/order/pay experience relatively easy. I knew what I was looking for regards product and RPE delivered at a 25% reduction so that was a score! Having received it, I love it and it was exactly what I expected.

I was very disappointed as when I ordered the item it was in stock and for some reason it suddenly couldn't be got. I have asked for a total refund and hopefully this will be ok. Was very hopeful for Redpost as have seen it lots and was very happy to order from

This was the first time I ordered from this company and I have to say I was delighted with the results. An item connected to a purchase I made was offered as a promotion but it was out of stock. The company honoured my purchase and sent the out of stock item to me when it came in. This was a 25.00 discount so I think that was really fantastic of them. I did buy a gorgeous pair of Ariat boots!

The actual service and delivery from redpostequestrian was excellent. The product, a spray to clear a wasps nest, which is no reflection on redpostequestrian as it is a proprietary product, does not seem to work. Two sprays and the wasps still seem to be returning undeterred.

I placed my order the one day and was shocked and amazed when the postie turned up with my parcel the following day!

Great service and the product was fantastic, love the loyalty scheme you have too.

I found the delivery super quick and I love the products I ordered. I did find the same product on another site after I had ordered for a much lower price so I did find it expensive however there was no fault with the product so I would order again.

I found the whole experience of shopping with redpostequestrian a breeze. Daughter loved the product and the quality was excellent. Delivery was quick. I would recommend Redpostequestrian to everyone.

I love how quickly it was delivered. This was an item that I couldn't find in the US, so I was pleasantly surprised that it shipped to me so quickly. It was also a very good price compared to similar products available here.

I would however like to draw your attention to the fact that the carrier you used failed to inform me of the date or time for delivery hence I missed delivery of my parcel and had to retrieve my parcel from the local post office

Browsed online for good quality garden trugs and wouldn't think of an equestrian supplier but came across Red Gorilla tubtrugs on the Redpost website. Easy ordering, fast delivery, quality product and a good price. A good find - very pleased!

Grooming kit arrived. Terrible quality. Unpackaged and picked this up using that handle, the handle fell off. Went to use the hoods brush and the handle came out of the brush. Waste of time, waste of money!

I thought the postage cost was high but as I needed the fly mask urgently I had no chouce but to go for it. The actual fly mask was disappointing as the horse got it off within the hour. It was nowhere near as tight as promised.

I wasn't too sure about the size of coat I needed so I contacted sales, I had ordered the Large but they thought maybe I needed an XL,which sadly had sold out but they offered me the Large anyway to try and lucky me it fitted. I was very pleased how quickly they answered my emails and my coat came through the post quickly too. I am always a bit dubious buying from the Internet but this company are very professional I would definitely order from them again and the price of the coat was very good too. Thank you so much.

Over all a very good service. The websight is easy to use and the prices are very competitive. In my case, the product was cheeper than if I had bought it on the owners own web sight. The delivery was quick and I was informed of the name of the driver and the hour window that he would deliver my product. Very good.
