Redpost Equestrian

Only issues were that I clicked next day shipping which was a website error as I was buying from Ireland, I received a refund for the additional money I paid for the shipping. However, I ordered on Thursday and my package arrived on Monday which was speedy enough so I'm happy with that.
I had an issue with a bridle and Redpost sorted it out for me, I was a pain in the neck and all the staff remained friendly, polite and helpful.
I already have recommended Redpost to friends and I will be shopping again with them in the near future!

I ordered a pair of Animo breeches my normal size 12/44 (italian). Normally italian brands are small in sizes, but this particular brand was very generous. The breeches were too large for me and I returned them. I tried to contact you through *******@redpostequestrian and asked to swap them into a pair of Equiline breeches. I find those breeches are more flattering and normal in the sizing. But I never got an answer so I just returned the breeches. Have no complaints about the returning service.

Excellent service, compared to many places cost and speed of delivery were fantastic - especially as I am in Northern Ireland and many places use this as excuse to charge more - delighted with product and service - will use again and recommend

Recieved the wellies super super quick, unfortunatly found them cheaper elsewhere after I ordered them but not too bothered as i recieved them so quick. When they arrived they had mud on the sole and a lot of nail varnish marks on the inside of the wellies. I would like to think they havent been worn. Couldn't be bothered sending them back but it might be worth checking items you send out first.

Redpost were very knowledgeable about the product that I was after and then went the extra mile to arrange delivery to the Channel Islands - they have a super friendly and helpful team and I'll definitely be back!

A week before I had came across Redpost Equestrian I ordered something else from another website, the item I had ordered from Redpost is here 2 days later and I am still waiting for the item from the other website. My shopping overall experience was great and the delivery time was unbelievable! I will be recommending Redpost to family and friends as well as shopping here again I just wish I had found it sooner!

First time I have used Redpostequestrian but will definitely use them again. Excellent service and excellent product I use Ariat footwear a lot. Site was easy to use and delivery was when expected and on time.

I received an email on 31st jan to say items were dispatched on 48hour delivery but didn't arrive until 4th Jan.

Was not a problem and nothing was urgent but thought it was worth mentioning.

I appreciate the weekend played a part in it, but I would have expected delivery on Saturday 2nd

The site is easy to navigate, shipping is fairly fast considering I am located in Canada, and, mostly, in the end, it costs less than when I buy from the USA!

I can always find what I am looking for at Redpost, they carry a wider variety of stock than most saddlers, with more premium brands and the service is brilliant
