I returned the head collar as it only just about fitted. The clip on it was also of inferior quality in my opinion and was difficult to operate, otherwise I would have exchanged it for a bigger size

Good information on product and easy to follow instructions. However your postage details do not match up with your offer of FREE postage in 5 days. Looks more like a fortnight on postage charges

Greedy eater haynet just right for pony on restricted diet. Improvement needed on the draw string as unable to tie tightly. Pony keeps undoing. Have replaced with baler twine. Unsightly but secure.

Great service and although the dog coat I bought wasn't quite right fit for her, they made the return service really easy and were very friendly to deal with. Would definitely use again.

Ordered two bottles of vitalise tonic supplement, both arrived full of dust, dull and worn labels with expiry dates that expire BEFORE I will have used them! Expiry date is within a couple of months.
I didn't buy these to use straight away and regardless, even if I did - I should have been advised that they were from old stock and asked if I wanted them with such a short life on them.
I STILL paid FULL price which again, I don't feel should be the case but the bigger problem is I should have been advised and asked if the short use by date was acceptable to me - I would have purchased elsewhere.

Pleased with fleece dog bags - just what was needed for a wet and muddy January! XL fits a 30kg Wirehared Vizsla well but the XXL I also bought gives a bit more space - will make use of both as think they will be used lots this winter
