Easy to search for what was wanted and easy ordering,my partner never worn long socks finds them very comfortable to wear and misses them when wearing her normal short pair

All good service wise. Item has been returned for exchange as product sizing not too clear. I am exchanging for smaller. I thimk that's probably Horsewear lack of info rather than Redpost.

Edit function would be useful in the address section as the auto select did not work correctly on the first attempt and unable to edit so had to go through the screen again

Very helpful ordered a bridle that was to large, when I rang the staff member went to a lot of trouble to measure the cob size and give advice. Now just need to return original bridle

I loved the Backpack I bought but the big disappointment was that the package was opened when it was delieverd to me the Backpack was fine it was the packing bag itself was opened half way down the bag which I am really not happy about the condition of it when it was delivered to me.
