Redpost Equestrian

Paid by PayPal and there is no box online to redeem my points.
When I contacted Customer Services I was told it was bad luck, should have paid with a card! If you give reward points you should make them redeemable no matter which option of payment is taken (after all, you give the choice).

International orders are always a bit of a risk, but I could not be happier with this purchase - all items were just as or better than expected & the clothes fit perfectly. Shipping was very fast as well - thank you!

I received a new helmet in the span of just two days! I wad very pleased at the ease of ordering and was pleasantly surprised to find that it also came with some free love hearts! Will be coming back again

Very helpful customer services checked whether this item, which I knew had been discontinued by the manufacturer, was available in store. Advised how many units you had left and confirmed the order would be dispatched today - excellent!

I was pleased to find an on line equestrian shop that is local (Devon) has large range of 'in stock' items, competitive on prices and offered a choice of delivery days for urgently required items. Will definitely order from Redpost again.

Ordering system easy and user friendly. Delivery date advised at time of order with tracking details. Parcel arrived earlier than first advised which was excellent.

Your in house service staff were very helpful and your online store was easy to navigate. Dispatched and received much faster than originally expected. You are my first port of call for good quality and value for money equestrian products. I like the fact that I can use my points balance (no matter how small) to discount any product in my shopping basket. Other stores should follow your reward scheme and ability to redeem without a preset quota. Thanks!

Harriett on the chat facility was exceptionally helpful. As an aside, I have a 14 year old son and we really struggle to get riding clothes for him. More choice for men and boys (in the riding world generally!) would be great. Thank You :)

My order was placed on a weekend. Received the items 1 week later and I am in Australia!
Extremely good communication. I needed to pay slightly more freight as it was travelling internationally but even this was an easy process.

Redpost has a nice selection of quality items, always at great prices and the check-out experience, especially for someone outside the EU, is fabulous. There isn't any extra steps required to have VAT removed or emails to have it refunded like I've experienced elsewhere. Redpost has been nothing but wonderful to buy from.

This is my first visit, but I was swiftly alerted when the quantity that I wanted to order was not available, so amended my order before completing the purchase with PayPal - all done, very quickly!

Some of the goods got damaged in transit, but Redpost were quick to offer me a partial refund.

I did find the same item quite a bit cheaper elsewhere afterwards, hence only 4* rating for price.

Everything was fantastic, including customer service and they were very helpful. The only problem I had was ordering internationally becomes very costly if there's any kind of return or exchange. I will definitely order from here again!

Ordered two turnout rugs for my horse and pony. Excellent value for money, rugs are both perfect. Delivery was only £1.00 and was items arrived in just a few days.

Service was exceptional as I was an international buyer that needed a delivery in both UK and Australia. The customer service is excellent and online shopping excellent
It would be much better to have the Email gift voucher sent with a nice background on the voucher rather than plain.
Would just look a bit nicer that's all, they do sell proper vouchers in store though which is great if you live nearby and can go in.

Breeches were great lovely fit.Love hearts were a nice extra. They arrived very quickly.When I visit Redpost the staff are always very very helpful and pleasant.I would recommend shopping in store or on line.
