The products and service was very good, but unfortunately the packaging was poor and the delivery bag was 3/4 open, so very lucky the gloves did not fall out!

I ordered during lockdown and the items I purchased came on time without any hassle. I was very impressed as the lockdown didn't seem to affect my ability to purchase or delivery times.

For some reason Royal Mail logged the item as delivered when it wasn't however staff at red post were very helpful and eventually I got the item which I'm very happy with great price great quality and great staff fault if Royal Mail

I was happy to find this product which is not available in the US. There was a little delay in the delivery time, but that was due to US Customs and not anything on your end.

I purchased the Ariat Glacier boots to replace a pair I had for a number of years. Excellent boots which I bought for a really good price. As always a very efficient service and prompt delivery.

Fantastic price for Ariat boots, they arrived the next day and the boots are amazing. Very impressed. Although I would say they are true to size and not to order half a size larger as suggested.

Even tho it was a bank holiday it said delivery on Tuesday, but it came Wednesday. Wasn't expecting it on Tuesday but was a little miss leading :) must have been a computer error.

They seem to be waterproof but I have only worn them 3 times so far although through wet grass. Boots are a narrow fit, probably made more for women with daintier feet.
