They seem to be waterproof but I have only worn them 3 times so far although through wet grass. Boots are a narrow fit, probably made more for women with daintier feet.

When you view an item, and press back the page reloads to the original page not with allnthe filters you select. That's really annoying.

Unfortunately I need to send the item back as it doesn't fit.

I bought a jacket 2pm on 21st, I didn't use standard or express delivery, I paid extra for 'Premium Next Day' delivery. Next day, when nothing arrived, I checked the site, 'next day' on Redpost means next day after 'processing' which takes a whole day. When the jacket eventually arrived on Tuesday 27th it was delivered by my neighbour. It seems that despite my house,'White Cottage' being occupied with the gates open all day 22nd and 23rd, the delivery driver went to my neighbour's house, 'White House'. When there was no answer on the entryphone system there the delivery was thrown over my neighbours gate. When my neighbour brought the delivery to me I checked to see what 'proessing' had taken place that took a whole day. The jacket had just been taken off a hangar, rolled up and stuffed in a carrier bag.
Jacket is very nice, as I expect from Musto. Perfomance of the retailler and their partners was very poor.

Easy to navigate website. Orderibg snd tracking of parcels excellent. Had to arrange an exchange of product due to being too big. Super easy to arrange returns / exchanges.

It is a pity that p&p are charged for a voucher and then repaid back. Surely emailed vouchers should have free delivery at the point of purchase.
