Overall order was fine but the sizing on the over reach boots are a bit strange. As I ordered 2 cob size to fit my pony and they don't go round his hoof. I would say medium size is more a pony size. So I can't use them and it would cost me to much to return.

Trouble free ordering and delivery. Unfortunately it did not fit so needed to be sent back. Would have found it easier if return forms were in with my parcel. I don't have a printer so had to get my son to print.

Really impressed with Redpost service. Ordered two fly rugs and was contacted by Redpost as they didn't have enough stock. They offered my an alternative at no extra cost. It was efficient and no hassle and would definitely buy from them again.

When I phoned, although there was not a smaller size available, one was sourced for me and sent out as an exchange. Really lovely company with great customer service with great communication too. I purchased Le Mieux sheepskin head collar sets at a fantastic bargain price. It was such a bargain I ordered 2 sets. Excellent quality and perfect for providing comfort on my ponies grazing muzzle. Delivery slightly longer than I expected but I ordered online on a Sunday. Overall very happy with product and service.

Absolutely excellent customer service from Redpost Equestrian staff. My parcel got lost in transit due to the label coming loose from the packaging at the courier service depot. Redpost staff sorted this out immediately, keeping in touch until the parcel was received. Such a lovely, friendly bunch! I will definitely be ordering from Redpost Equestrian again...and can highly recommend.

I bought a Stubben head collar control attachment which is absolutely superb. Has helped hugely leading my lively mare, is gentler than other options, inexpensive, & came swiftly ( admittedly I paid for next day delivery). Very happy.

Excellent, local, family run business - only issue in this case was a misunderstanding (maybe on my part) where I was expecting free p+p as a special offer which wasn't applied. It would have cost me less to collect from the store.

My 'go to' place for the items I like and know will arrive quickly without any problem. I ordered Ariat wellingtons and thermal blanket on special offer. Boots fit perfectly. Decent packaging. Happy customer here.

Item not available informed by phone some 4 days after order placed which should be a 24/48hr dispatch time... was not picked up within time frame or dealt with in the correct manner... no stock for 8-10 weeks which is completely unacceptable.

Website not updated to stop customers from ordering out of stock items either.

Sorry but this sort of service in todays market is not great...

Great to be able to get all 3 horses their rugs from the same site and in different colours so it's easy to know whose is who! Ordered and delivered without any issue, even during covid disrupted times - very impressed

I have ordered a few horse bits and pieces over the last two years, I will continue to do so because your service and customer care are so very good ---plus my local horsey shop never seems to have a) a good range and b) the right size! My horses are very happy in their Amigo med rugs and send their regards. Your prices are reasonable --not the cheapest-- but I can always rely on you have what I require and the correct SIZE! I was able to find small haylage nets suitable for ponies at Redpost Equestrian which had eluded me on a thorough search elsewhere up to this point. Customer service was great when I contacted them about a payment issue and the nets arrived quickly and are already in use. Thank you!
