I accidentally purchase a different item than I intended and it was but it was easily corrected thanks to your brilliant service team. Speedy dispatch and (attempted) Despite having to change out items after the order had been packaged. Royal Mail then went on to misplace my delivery at my local depot but that was their fault and all go sorted in the end.

Happy customer, will be back.

The site has a huge offer and big selection discounted items, which is nice. The package came in very quickly compared to other companies. The products all met my expectations and all came without any issues. The company is always sending out emails with the status of your order and where your package is which I found great! Overall a very nice experience ordering from Redpost Equestrian!

I was looking at US sites for this bridle and they were all on back order. I read on a review someone had ordered from your site and it ended up costing less and coming quickly so I did. I was very happy with the quick postage and cost. No VAT and I love the bridle. Thank you!

I ordered two Spooks jumpers after not being able to get them in my size in Australia, they were both on sale for a great price and were very quickly shipped to Australia (with tracking the whole way) and arrived in perfect condition. Very efficient! I looked everywhere for that product and only found one that cost 25% more than Redpost so I am very pleased! It arrived the next day which was the icing on the cake. I'll certainly shop at Redpost again!

The reflective lead is great. Unfortunately the small sized collar is too big for our patterdale terrier as the size guide on the web page didn't show exact size/length- it would cost more to return than buy the next size down.

First time using click and collect services. Ordering online went very smoothly. The operation in place to collect was excellent and the staff were great...and greated you with a smile even through this big change.

The support team is so helpful and understanding. I ordered the wrong size before a competition abroad and they managed to correct it so quickly. Will continue to use them as my first choice! Used them for over a year already. Not a bad word to say. Really really fantastic.

Was charged extra shipping after purchase completed and also had to pay additional duty and taxed before pick up (International shipment) how're shipping arrived extremely fast (2 days to Canada!) and was properly packed with all shipping documents. Overall very satisfied with my order!

I already have a pair of these boots which were now getting rather shabby still good but got from another sourse at the time found these and delivery time so quick thank you these are great boots and would recommend your company to others

Easy site to navigate, good product information and clear instructions. Good communication advising of delivery, which was very speedy, and pleasing that the items were packaged well so that they weren't damaged in transit.

Great product and pricing, found the website lagged a little and couldn't keep going back to the same search criteria (perhaps because I took my time to decide on colours as so much choice) delivery a little slow but overall happy and would definitely use this site again.

Brilliant service from Eve when my parcel wasn't delivered as planned. She contacted Interlink and sorted it all for me. Would recommend to anyone and will be ordering again soon! Fast efficient and helpful service. Love my new rug!

Great products and quick delivery. My only quibble was the amount of packaging used. I got a massive box for arelatively small order with lots of excess packaging inside when isn't very environmentally friendly (though I do understand whips are not the easiest to post). Would also much rather see paper/cardboard inside a package but other than than am very happy with my order.

My Rambo de luxe fleece was good product, had to wait a while because it was at the warehouse which I didn't realise when ordering, but Redpost customer services explained. Delivery poor by Parcelforce, didn't make it first time because driver couldn't find us, all other deliveries do! Second attempt nearly missed me because driver didn't give me very long to answer the doorbell and I had to run and catch him.

Only had one criticism and that was I purchased on Saturday for a next day delivery, received an email to say it would be delivered the next day but did not arrive and I contacted Redpost who were very polite and helpful and I received the parcel on Tuesday. The link was sent from my daughter, who will be the recipient of the top, she lives in Australia. She has excellent taste and will only wear good quality items.

Unfortunately the product I ordered did not fit, but it arrived quickly. It was easy to return using the free post label online. As soon as it was received at its destination I missed a call but had a message left to say they were unable to order the size I wanted as it had gone out of stock, no fault of theirs. They gave me the option to choose some other kind of footwear or have a full refund, I opted for the latter & in minutes I received emails to say my refund was underway. I cannot fault the service I received & I will be back to shop again. Cannot thank you enough
