Ordering online was straightforward as soon as I managed to figure out the slightly complex website. Delivery to a different address from home was easy and delivery was very fast. All that remains is to find out if my purchases deliver as promised.

Jacket I ordered has a shiny material which does not show in the pictures nether does it state that it is in the description. So I was very disappointed when I received it as had to pay return postage cost.

The top on one of the bottles does not tighten properly so that the bottle would leak if turned upside down. If you can supply a replacement bottle that would be appreciated. Otherwise I will make do.

Ordered a gift voucher unfortunately need to print it and I haven't got a printer so phoned and explained and the lovely people at red post printed it and sent it to me can't fault there customer care many thanks

The product arrived in perfect condition and was very happy when it did come. It fits perfectly and the sizing was true to the sizing guide. I was also very happy with the price of my order, as it was $200 cheaper than the only other place I could find it in Australia. I did contact the company with some customer service questions and they responded very clearly and quickly. Because I live in Australia, shipping took a little bit longer than expected, but other than that I have no negative reactions to Redpost Equestrian and will definitely purchase items difficult to find in Australia from them again.

I am thrilled with the bridle I bought. The design is lovely but most importantly the quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. I found website easy to use and delivery was quick. I will definitely buy from here again.

clock was a present for my granddaughter who has taken up horse riding lessons.

Very helpful person on the other end of the 'phone when I originally called about buying and the possibility of returning the item (which is a gift for Christmas) if it doesn't fit. I was assured that I could return it until the end of January - I hope I won't have to!

The jacket arrived the following day which I thought was amazingly quick service. I would recommend Redpost Equestrian and I would definitely use them again myself.

On website Stock said item was available but it wasn't. Tried to find an alternative but also not available. I had to chase to find out what is happening and still not received the other product I ordered. Would think twice before using company again

What a pleasure it is to deal with a Company which does as it says on the website. Delivery was next day and as the dog coat was too big (my fault) I returned the coat and received a full refund almost immediately. The re-ordered coat arrived next day.
When I phoned about the return the lady on the phone was extremely courteous and helpful.
My dog loves his new coat and I shall not hesitate to contact you in the future.

Quick professional service. Competitive prices. However boots didn't fit so need to be exchanged. A free label has been sent and once I have posted boots back hopefully the correct calf width will be sent. So far I have been very happy with the service.

Outstanding service - Redpost outstrip even Amazon when it comes to delivery speed, which takes some doing! Ordered approx 1pm, despatched 4pm same day, arrived lunchtime next day!

Haven't walked in the wellies yet, just tried one on - fits snugly with 1 thick sock, but could only just get on because of narrowness of ankle - which is a selling point, as it gives walking boot type ankle support. I suggest half a size up if you wear thicks socks and have doubts. These were 7/41 which is what I usually wear and which usually fits comfortably.

After being let down with delivery for the 2nd Christmas running by another online equestrian supply outlet, I was most pleasantly surprised to not only find the same goods at a cheaper price on your site, but to have them delivered promptly too. Excellent service all round. Couldn't be happier and will definitely shop with you again.

I ordered a fly rug online and got a voucher code which I was unable to use as it only lasted for a certain amount of time so by the time I came to actually buying the product I had missed it. I phoned and a very helpful lady gave me the code and all was well.
I then added to the order a lead rope. The lady I spoke with was very helpful on advising me which ones I should be looking at. Once I had choose it she managed to tie it into putting it in with the fly rug I had ordered a few days earlier.

Your internet service is great. But what I really like is that if I have a query - you have a telephone number and I can pick up the 'phone and speak to a knowledgeable member of staff who has access to my account.

I was very happy with my overall experience. I was able to order a helmet for cheaper then it would have been in the US and it came within the same week of ordering it. It was exactly what I ordered too.

I highly recommend this shop. The item I was after was a good price and the website was very easy to use. I especially liked the various shipping options and costs so I was able to decide the one that best suited me. I paid an extra £1 and delivery was super fast, got it next day. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I ordered a product that when it arrived I found to be unsuitable, which was my error. As the shop did not have a suitable alternative I requested another product of similar value, with the offer to pay the balance. This was carried out with no quibble whatsoever, and pretty much by return.
I would definitely shop with Redpostequestrian again, and would have no problem recommending them to others.

Great products and great service. I am an international customer. Postage is just as fast as our internal service and it has to travel a lot further. I always check Redpost Equestrian first if I am looking for something.

Bucas Quilt stable rug with silk feel lining arrived the next day, even quicker than expected using the DPD option. (Used that as local Parcelforce delivery driver won't leave a package without a signature. Worth it to me to pay a bit extra so great having that option-thank you Redpostequestrian) Rug fits my horse really well. Lightweight cob type with quite a broad chest and neck, not much wither and pointy point of shoulders so delighted to find a make of rug which actually fits without pulling around the neck and shoulders and does not work its way back over time. Rug sits really well due to neck shape, single fastening area across the front and the darts around the neck. Sizing true. 2 year guarantee so hopefully will last well as well.

Very pleased with the ease of ordering, great service and speedy delivery! A bit disappointed with the Collegiate saddle as some of the leather is very stiff. Would be good to know before buying that the saddle was made in India as some of their leather products are not good quality.
