I was on holiday to Devon and visited Redpost in person so I could try on yard boots and an Equidry coat. The service was fantastic, personal and friendly and the girl made numerous visits to their store for several items. I'm so glad I tried the items on as I ended up purchasing totally different items which fitted me much better. The store were then able to post my items home for me to Northern Ireland at the minimal cost of £5. The items arrived well wrapped and boxed in perfect condition. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to order items from Redpost.
I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received when I rang to ask about a return due to some riding boots not fitting. Both women I spoke to were very helpful, friendly, explained everything and I didn't even have to pay return postage as I was exchanging for a different size. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.
Fast and prompt service somewhat disappointed to find the same Stubben freedom bridle for less on another site after purchase. But that is the 'joy' of online shopping. Redpost can always be relied on and that is important when spending a fair sum, I know if the bridle wasn't right it could be returned without any problem. Also it is important to support local traders wherever possible.
This was the first time I had used Redpost. A friend recommended you. I have to admit, it was partly because you have such a good offer on the girth I wanted. I have actually ordered a second one. I will definitely purchase from you next time I need something for my pony. Thank you very much.

It was the first time I ordered and paid for my items on line, and found the process easy.
When I collected my items I found the staff very courteous and helpful in a very difficult climate.
I will not hesitate to order on line for collection again as it saves time and any unnecessary journey if the item/s I require are out of stock.
Wanted 2 bits and would not then have had to pay postage but website would not let me change it if you can, even though you could not change the order o thought you could have offered me another bit at the same price without any delivery charge, now I will have to pay another delivery
I have purchased your outdoor weather products before and was hoping to receive a warm zip in or out fleece suitable for the cold days when riiding. Also the jacket would be longer down to mid-thigh. The purchased item is ieal for the spring and fair weather riding. I shall keep this product but having reviewed your website I cannot find a suitable mens jacket.

Although I had to return the Ariat boots that I ordered for my husband as they did not fit, the service I received from Redpost was first class. Sherry went out of her way to contact Ariat to see if the boots came in wider fitting and telephoned me to discuss alternative options. Excellent customer service and would definitely buy from Redpost again.
I purchased a pair of Ariat boots from Redpost Equestrian. They where discounted by 30% which was the reason I brought from them as this was the best price I found. Ordering a half size (as recommended on the Ariat webpage) I am pleased to say they fit great!
My delivery was a day earlier than expected so I missed it but upon leaving a note for the delivery company the package was left in a safe place. The delivery tracking email sent by Redpost was most helpful.
Will definitely consider Redpost Equestrian when ordering products in the future.

I am very happy with the items I bought, they fit perfectly on my horse and the quality is excellent.
The product was exactly what I ordered and delivered within the hour slot stated on from the delivery company.
I made sure I was home from work for the specific hour, but they still managed to deliver it next door!
After realising that the product I ordered had a delivery time a few days later than I required it, I rang customer services and they were extremely helpful. I was told the product was in a warehouse which was why the delivery date was going to be later than the usual time (3-5 days) and they would try to send it as soon as possible. Two days later the parcel arrived on the day I required it which was greatly appreciated!

Redpost has a wide range of products with detailed descriptions which is very helpful. International Shipping is reasonably priced and my parcel arrived very quickly! I had to return one item as it was too big, I even received an email to ask if I would like a smaller size as it was in stock which was very thoughtful. My return and refund was processed very promptly. Overall an excellent store and I wouldn't hesitate to order again.
I ordered my boots from Redpost and they were delivered promptly. They were one size too small for me, however Redpost Customer Service dealt with the exchange without fuss. A return FOC postage label was e-mailed to me and my new boots were despatched within a day or two. Top notch service from Redpost, thank you.

The dog bag I ordered over a week ago has not yet arrived. I téléphoned the office and the article is in a cupboard and subsequent to my phone call will be posted after the bank holiday, making it more than two weeks. I don't know yet what the quality is.
I ordered a fleece in the wrong size in error and the staff at Redpost were very helpful and friendly, putting the size I wanted to one side ready to exchange as soon as they received my return. I had the new top in the right size the following day!

I needed some advice re:- dressage close contact stirrup leathers, the young lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. She said if they weren't suitable I could return them for a refund. I ordered them and they arrived the next day, the quality was very good as was the price. Needless to say I won't be returning them. Great service.
