Good range of products at good prices, only thing to let the site down was a 10 day delivery time, but now that I know this I will factor it in in future.

I ordered from the US during a pandemic and customer service, delivery time and the product were all excellent! You really can't get much better than that!

I purchased an Acavallo seat saver in pony size as these aren't readily available in Australia. I received my order very quickly, 10 days from the UK to Australia, I was thrilled with the service and I rode today with the seat saver, it was like sitting on a fluffy marshmallow, I suffer with a bit of hip pain but no pain whatsoever during or after my ride. Thanks RedPost, I highly recommend and will refer my friends to you :)

I can not recommend Redpost enough. Having had to return a product, for no fault of their own, I felt that the level of service provided was second to none. I will definitely be using them again.

Only quibble is delivery cost related to two pairs of laces but only talking about a pound or two and you have the product so hey ho!

Received an email specifying delivery 8 to 5 pm next day. No show but came day after. Day wasted waiting.! Complained but seemingly misunderstood issue so response although prompt was not helpful.

Great prices and shipping - even to the US. Unfortunately, the item had to be returned (only because of fit) and customer service could not have been more helpful. Would definitely shop again!

I feel I was misled by the website. The website stated the rug I wanted was in stock, and as I wanted it urgently, I paid extra for next day delivery. I ordered it on a Saturday and the order confirmation email said it would be delivered on Monday, which I felt was fair enough. When it still hadn't arrived by midweek, I rang and was told that as you didn't have it in the warehouse, it would arrive the following Monday, as per the confirmation email, which I had misread. If the website had said it wasn't in stock and would take a week to arrive, I would have ordered from elsewhere because I needed it immediately.

A user friendly website that had the product I wanted to buy at a good price. The dog collar arrived in a few days earlier than expected for standard postage. I'm very pleased with the quality.

Extras like shoe retainers and a shoe horn were a nice touch. I'd read some reviews that the laces had snapped so an extra pair of laces would have been useful. Overall, I'm a happy customer.

I ordered a Le Mieux Murren hat for my daughter-in-law who runs a Livery Yard near Marlborough on the Downs. My order was seen to promptly: a query I had was answered satisfactorily, and I was kept informed of the progress of the order from Redpost to my address throughout. The parcel arrived promptly. I was interested in that the Redpost yard is within a mile of a medaeval house my parents once lived in in a remote corner of Devon near Totnes.

I ordered a voucher for a friend, I thought it odd that postage was added as they are emailed however I got an immediate refund on this element so satisfied overall.

Speedy delivery and well packaged. I had to return one item as too small and not bulky enough for my Irish Sports Horse, and this item was promptly refunded in full.
