Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately I had an issue with the stitching on the breeches that I bought - Redpost could not have helped me enough. They kept me up-to-date regularly on getting the issue sorted. Have shopped with them on a few occasions now and will continue to do so.

Was Looking for a warm coat for my 13 years German shepherd Molly. The coat fitted her perfectly and I know she feels special. Very easy to put on and the Velcro sides are super. Molly didn't like the feeling of then elastic leg straps but as she doesn't run much now and walks to heel the coat sits nicely without them. The post was just under £5 and i opted to collect from Halfords. I didn't have photo Id as I never knew but they let me have the goods. I know next time. All round very pleased with everything and would recommend the company and the coat. Nette

The rug I purchased was not what I expected.from the picture shown on the website I did not want a join near the wither area on my horse as he has rubbed it quite bad and also there's no lining that far back on this item

Ordering was very straightforward and lots of useful info on the site about returns etc. Delivery arrived as per schedule and product was very good quality. It was bought as a present and fits well...so all good so far - but I guess time will tell if the product is as durable and serviceable as we hope.

Really good experience, unfortunately the delivery company let them down. Red post equestrian did contact me back immediately when I complained about parcel force and did contact parcel force on my behalf.

I was looking for a nice additional present for my wife's birthday and the Redpost apparel pages presented a good range to choose from. Ordering was as easy as any website and delivery went very well.

Extremely good prices for quality products. I was particularly pleased with the price of the Shires half chaps in the sale, which were exactly the ones I wanted. Very speedy free delivery and very well packed.

One item was in a damaged box that had been previously repaired and looked old, dusty and tatty! As it was a gift I contacted Customer Services and spoke to a very helpful member - Sherrie.

Prepaid return label supplied and huge apologies for having been sent a sub standard item. Replacement sent to me after damaged one received by them.

Sherrie was fantastic and every Customer Services department should have one! Because of her approach, friendliness and professionalism, I'd use Redpost again!

I needed a lightweight rug in a hurry due to my horse ripping his other new one, and it being slightly too mild to go into his full winter wardrobe, the rug I ordered was delivered by the date and time expected so a fantastic service! It was a rug brand I've bought previously so had anticipated it would fit!

I ordered a hat that was too big when it arrived so phoned to ask if they had a smaller one I could exchange it for. I was told immediately that I could have a full refund and sadly no smaller ones were in stock but if any were returned to them on a sizing issue they would phone me to say they had it in stock now. So helpful and friendly.

I have been a great fan of this particular product, the first purchase was back in 2000 in Australia.
The sports mule lasted over 10 years, then I have encountered the difficulties of finding them. Very happy to have new pairs for next 20 years!

Having had another supplier call me late in the day to let me know that the product I ordered in the morning was out of stock, I ordered said item through Redpost Equestrian (at 4:35 pm) and it was with me the following day. Brilliant service, fast and efficient and packaged well. Ordered on Friday - received parcel on the Monday. Brought a riding hat, which came very quickly even tho they said at checkout was going to take over a week to come but turned out coming after a few days after buying online, couldn't be happier will def be buying from here again

Really great prices and well displayed website. When I clicked to buy my products it showed that they were in stock when I ordered them. However I was contacted and told there were actually none in stock despite the website saying there were 10 available.
No issues with refunding money and customer services were very helpful, just disappointed my products were not in stock after the website showing they were.
