Due to a technical error my order was not dispatched when it should have been however, the company contacted me to apologise and had already issued a refund on the postage, before I had time to query the non arrival, so cannot fault their customer service and it wouldn't stop me from ordering from them again

Ordered online plus added to the order by phoning an order through. Paid to have the 24 hour delivery but this was not received as parcel force failed to leave a card and wasn't until a few day later when I tracked the parcel was i aware that it was at my local post office - not happy especially as wanted the items quickly:-( I know you guys are not to blame for that but perhaps you need to consider a different delivery courier!

Easy website. Great deals and prices on branded items. Happy with my lidded bucket. Will definetly shop again. Also very happy with delivery times. Ordered on Wednesday, order came on Friday morning in a reused box which is also a big plus as we're very eco conscious in our house.

Great experience ordering online with click and collect. I received an email the same day saying my item was ready to collect.

I stumbled across this site by accident when I was looking for a particular rug for my horse.
The price was competitive but the main incentive from ordering here was the cost of delivery which was cheaper for next day delivery than other sites wanted for second class!
Will definitely order from here again.

I had a special request which I emailed Redpost Equestrian as it was coming up to my ponies birthday and I had ordered his gift with lots of other bits and bobs and Eve made sure that I received my order on the day of my boys birthday so he could enjoy his treat! I appreciated it so much and have already placed a second order which arrived very prompt! I would highly recommend Redpost Equestrian as they have the best customer service, great products at competitive prices!

Following a fall due to slipping in the saddle when my mare stopped suddenly I decided I needed more grip and some comfort. I ordered my gel seat saver on the Thursday afternoon and inspite of the christmas rush for couriers (some items ordered elsewhere have still not arrived after a week) it arrived on Friday morning and I was out riding securely and comfortably on Saturday morning!
Brilliant service

There was a slight delay in my order due to address error but this was handled quickly and professionally. It would have been really easy to blame the issue on user input error but they took my word that I had entered it correctly and escalated the issue. I was really impressed by the customer service.

Customer service from Redpost was excellent. I had an issue where parcel force had returned my item but this was resolved efficiently and professionally by Redpost. I still received my items very quickly even with the parcel force issue. Products were excellent value, exactly as described and needed.

There was an issue in that I ordered and paid for something that was out of stock, Eve contacted me immediately and apologised and sorted us out with a similar product with a discount as way of apology. The goods were sent that day and received the next. Very impressed with the service, and we will certainly return.

Only found the shop through a search engine, but they had just the item I was looking for, and even better, it was in the sale items. Was very impressed with the website, and communication. Delivery of item was very quick, and postage was free due to having spent the required amount to qualify. Would definitely shop again.

The delivery experience was not. ParcelForce did not advise me of the pending delivery or offer me the option of authorising them to leave the parcel in my shed. They left it at a "local" post office which was, for me, a 13 mile round trip. It didn't open until 9am so I got caught in traffic and had difficulty parking. Since I work away during the week I only have weekends at home and this was not my idea of a pleasant way to spend my free time. I have had many parcels delivered by other couriers and not had this issue.

A fab coat and great service as wrong label on 1st coat, so it was wrong size. But return was easy and correct size sent quickly back.

I was asked to complete the questionnaire before receiving the goods. I know this is probably due to the pandemic situation but it does reflect in the stars given as under normal circumstances delivery would have been quicker I am sure and I would have been able to rate accordingly. I anticipate the products will match expectations as I was ordering goods I have previously been very happy with. I look forward to receiving the order in due course,

I was disappointed by the quality of the packaging. It looked old, had a large torn patch on front where presumably a price sticker had been removed and as I bought it as a present I will be rather embarrassed to give it to my godson. The product itself was fine but on account of the poor packaging I don't think I will use your company again.

Disappointed that the soles of some boots are not pictured. Tread is important.

Needed Horseware lightweight rugs quickly, none available at stores local to me. Googled Redpost Equestrian, found just what I needed. Excellent service would recommend to friends and would use again.

First class service! Difficult product to find so to have it ex stock was perfect. The order was placed over a weekend, was acknowledged immediately and advised as dispatched Monday AM and arrived the next day. Could not ask for better. The product itself was perfect.

I really can not complain. I was looking for a new hat on the internet and found a bargain. I ordered and it came next day delivery. I would definitely recommend to friends and I would buy from here again, with bargains being a bonus :)

Unfortunately the goods I received were faulty but Redpost provided amazing customer service in liaising with the supplier and arranging a replacement. I received regular communications to keep me updated. Things can go wrong from time to time but it is how it is dealt with that sets organisations apart and Redpost were fantastic and surpassed my expectations in how the matter was dealt with.

I was slightly disconcerted to be asked for feedback before the product (a rug) arrived! However, the website had indicated that a delivery from the warehouse would take longer to arrive than from the shop and it was worth the wait to get exactly the right product. The rug itself is now on the pony, is exactly as described, fits perfectly and was competitively priced.
