I had trouble with my shoes (the inside « back heal » was tearing apart super fast (inside 3 months of use)) but the rest is still perfect. I wrote an email late night about it wondering if their warranty would cover this. In the morning, I already had an answer and before noon everything was set. AMAZING client service. I think I never had such a quick answer in the past. I've only heard good things from my friends about their shoes quality (good leather) and now I'm really impressed with their client service.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. Received one correct pair I ordered and one pair completely different than the ones I ordered. Talked to customer service, they offered to exchange them for the right size "and pay for shipping this one time." Umm obviously since it was your mess up not mine. Didn't hear anything for a week so I get on and see they had been returned back to their factory. Wait a little while longer with no updates or shipping info for the new shoes. Reached out to customer service 3 weeks after they had received the exchanged shoes and I was informed that they hadn't even scanned them yet or processed any of the return. The service agent begged me to "be patient and they would expedite the process" I refused and said I wanted a refund instead. They continued to tell me to wait and it would be taken care of. Finally able to get them to refund my money. If you get the correct shoes, I'm sure you're just fine with the product but if you have to deal with customer service at all it will be miserable.
Long story short: Sole start to separate from actual shoe after 3 months of bought. I won't give you 2 starts because of refund, no way. After 13 calls to customer service (at 1 month period) I got that stupid 50€ they owed me.I was never so tired of trying to get my money back. My case was getting further only when I make a call and remind myself and why I'm calling. At first the suggested me freaking 20% off the next purchase. I felt somebody just spit to my face. After more aggresive response they suggested me 25% of the price when I keep them or 100% refund when I return them. NEVER REEBOK AGAIN!
Don't EVER buy from Reebok or Adidas. I'm still waiting for my $500 online order after 54 days. Absolutely horrendous customer service, that's if you can even reach someone. I have contacted them four times, just to find out what is happening with my order, and every time they have said it's being dispatched (umm but it still hasn't even been packed). I can't explain how bad they have been. This is the first time I've ever slammed a business with an online review but I just feel like I need to warn people because it's so terrible. STAY AWAY!
I have never left a bad review but this company is a whole new level of bad. Screwed me around for over 20 mins on chat, called and no answer, no call back. I tried email and a week later they replied with an email full of attitude. I bought new shoes that cut into my feet so bad they bled into the shoe on both sides in only 15 mins of wearing them. I asked for a refund and they never replied again. I followed up and no reply. They are now just ignoring me. It's like I'm dealing with a child in a 3rd world country. I paid a lot of money and really annoyed. Wasted a lot of time and their expensive shoes were rubbish.

March 27 2023 I spoke to customer service rep Tim. He said I would get a 50.00 gift card for some defective merchandise I purchased. Two weeks later I called back. I got some excuse that the system was being changed just be patient. Every week I call and each rep says I will get the gift card in 5 to 7 days. It's now June 15 I still never got it. I even sent them pictures of the stuff. Each rep I spoke to is full of sugar. Maybe one day in the next year I will get the gift card I was promised. Such a rich company to lie like that continuously is a joke. 1/2 stars which is generous.
My husband (67 years old) asked me to order two pair of the same shoes from the site. It was a pair of seemingly plain white leather because my husband is VERY conservative. He opened the boxes when they arrived but did not take the shoes out of the box until his old shoes wore out. When he took them out of the box, imagine his surprise when the entire left sole was bright red and the right sole was bright green…on BOTH PAIR! They look like Christmas clown shoes and he will not wear them. They sit on his closet shelf, in the box! It was too late to return them when he discovered this. We won't be buying anymore shoes for sure!_

I ordered Army Green color X2 TR Adventure shoes and I was sent an old pair of used Nano X2's that were Black, Grey and white. Called customer service and told me i have to wait 48 hrs to fix a mistake they made! Beware people! I've heard a lot of this has been going on with Reebok! I am seriously going to NIKE! Ordered 2 pairs of work out shorts on December 6 they were not shipped out for a week and don't expect them for at least another week, I wouldn't mind if it was free shipping but they charged me another $8 to ship them, will never order again from Reebok

The reason why Reebok shoes look like they were made for people in nursing homes is because their technology to do anything as a company is also ancient. If you return anything, they send you return labels to use that just end up sending your shoes right back to you. Then once you're finally able ship them back after calling customer service three times, they literally do not process money back to you for three weeks after shipping. I eventually had to file a dispute through PayPal because Reebok couldn't get a simple return right. It's insane. I've done business with companies before that have 25,000 less employees with absolutely flawless return processes. This is why Reebok is rated so low with customer service. Not to mention their shoe quality is horrific.
Product is not been delivered and waiting for refund of cancelled proct from more than 2 months. Executives could not solve issues. They simply say some words like apologize, sorry, wait for 1 week, appreciate your patience and at last refund is not in our hand. We are wasting our time from allmost 3 months. Really fed up. Now after i ll not order anything from reebok. There is no zero rating so given 1

I'm wondering if these guys are making these shoes from scratch or what? Honestly for a company like Reebox to offer this type of service is unacceptable... you're not a mom and pop shop you're a billion dollar company and in 3 weeks you still can't get an order out the door nor do you update your customers... Get your act together or dont sell online if you giving a 3-4 weeks ship period... if you must at least be transparent with your customers before they order so they know they have to wait so long.
Ordered shoes online. A few days later called them to ask why my order is not shipped/processed yet. She told me your order failed and we dont know why. No explanations, no lets fix it, just like we don't give a $#*!, get lost. WTF? FU reebok. You're not the only shoes making company.
I spent over $150 on some Reebok shoes. After wearing them for 45 days the glue has seperated from the "zig" part on the sole. I contacted Reebok customer care and they will only issue a $40 dollar credit (to use on their products) This is unacceptable and a punch in the face. I used to only buy reebok but their quality and customer care has gone so far down I will switch brands.
I got up early to order the ghost smasher shoes on release day. I had them in my cart, and within the 2 minutes it took to click on checkout- they were sold out. Somehow they disappeared from my shopping cart. Horrible company.
Reebok Club C Bulc shoes from the new collection in the court brown color are fire.
And they cost only $90 which is a bargain for the sneakers made from high quality suede.
I really believe that Reebok shoes should be as popular as Nike or Adidas. They are very underrated.
I got email to say delivery was at post office when I went to post office not there so I went back next day still not there. Customer service said order at post office. My order didn't arrive. Been offered refund

Bought a new Jet 100 Treadmill from Argos. Had to wait 3 weeks for delivery and after finally putting treadmill together it didn't work. Very very frustrating to say the least. Went back to Argos who didn't want to know and gave me number of repair service to call. Spoke to 3 different people and eventually was told an engineer would come to take a look. Waited a week for engineer to arrive. After 5 mins of tinkering he announced motor was broken. Even he said it was ridiculous as is a new treadmill. Have now got to wait for motor to be posted to me then wait for engineer to come back and fit. Engineer advised me to complain direct to Reebok, but what a joke that is. Was holding for 20 mins and had to give up as needed to leave house. Very very disappointed and wished i had never bought the treadmill. Will not use Reebok again.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes from Reebok my custom for my son's birthday. Both pairs were supposed to have custom printing on the back, but instead of getting what I ordered in english, the text was printed in greek. Called customer service multiple times, and Robert emailed me 2X that I messed up the order - not them. They wont admit fault. But were happy to take my money for their crappy service. I just want the shoes printed as I ordered - not with their "translation issues"
Still waiting for my shoes after 20 days, they are in some warehouse after one attempted delivery (but i never get even a card so i don't know if its true.) and the customer service told me to go to the warehouse (outside of london) to pick the parcel myself.

Ordered a pair of shoes and sweatpants from their website. When we got the package it had already been opened and the pants were missing. Customer service refused to investigate the courier, refused to refund me because we had disposed of the box, claiming they "couldn't prove what had happened to the pants". Ridiculous. Never buying from them again.
Would give them minus if I could. Emailed multiple times to Customer Service. Order sitting waiting to be packed for 28 days. Rang and asked them to cancel two days ago, not an issue said it would be done. Wasn't, they then dispatched the order the day after I rang and cancelled it. They were happy to take my $ after the order was placed. They are still sending out emails to sell with no mention of the fact that they are NOT even close to delivery within the extended days due to COVID. Ordered from an Australian based company yesterday and the delivery is coming today. Now I will just have to wait for 14 days for them to give me my $ back when I return the goods.

The only thing I did not have with proof of purchase, who keeps your proof of purchase of running shoes after six months they said they could not do anything for just 15% off our next pair of shoes. I find this unacceptable when the pictures I sent showed the shoes were defective.
Never ever try to buy from Reebok site. First they will screw up your order and they will apologize for their mistake. I ordered shoes on 12/01 to gift a friend on christmas but i received a pair of women underwear or something. I reshipped the product same day i received and I am still waiting for my shoes. At time of writing this review they even didn't ship the product. Called their customer service about 20 times and each day I will receive the same promise to send it within a day.
Common site Jabber introduce a negative rating and they are not even worth for a single star.
I can not stress enough how bad the Reebok online experience has been. I had to wait for two months only to have an order cancelled. I was emailing the whole time asking for an update (with no responses), I didn't even have any contact saying it was cancelled. I had to log onto Reebok and check the status of my order for any notification that Reebok had recently just cancelled my order.

Reebok is one of this horrible companies, they have a horrible online store, it´s so hard to send them an email and get them to help you. And they always speak in circles.
And I just don't like them, and there hole company is just one big disappointment...
