I had trouble with my shoes (the inside « back heal » was tearing apart super fast (inside 3 months of use)) but the rest is still perfect. I wrote an email late night about it wondering if their warranty would cover this. In the morning, I already had an answer and before noon everything was set. AMAZING client service. I think I never had such a quick answer in the past. I've only heard good things from my friends about their shoes quality (good leather) and now I'm really impressed with their client service.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. Received one correct pair I ordered and one pair completely different than the ones I ordered. Talked to customer service, they offered to exchange them for the right size "and pay for shipping this one time." Umm obviously since it was your mess up not mine. Didn't hear anything for a week so I get on and see they had been returned back to their factory. Wait a little while longer with no updates or shipping info for the new shoes. Reached out to customer service 3 weeks after they had received the exchanged shoes and I was informed that they hadn't even scanned them yet or processed any of the return. The service agent begged me to "be patient and they would expedite the process" I refused and said I wanted a refund instead. They continued to tell me to wait and it would be taken care of. Finally able to get them to refund my money. If you get the correct shoes, I'm sure you're just fine with the product but if you have to deal with customer service at all it will be miserable.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. All shoes were readily available on their website and were supposed to be shipped within a few days.
It took more than 1 month for my order to be delivered. The package I received contained only one pair of shoes.
I contacted them by email but they need weeks to reply every time. They are probably too busy dealing with complaints from other people they have scammed.
I also contacted them on the phone and after doing "investigations" for another month, they refused to give me a refund for the shoes that were not delivered.
After checking reviews about them, it turns out I'm not the only one they scammed.
If I knew I would get scammed out of my money, I would rather give it to some Nigerian prince instead.
Stay away from reebok. You have been warned!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes from them. I sent me one and cancelled my ordered on second one. They told me the cancelled requested is completed but i didn't ask them to do that. I kept waiting for a while but that i end up with. I will never come back to buy anything from them.
Terrible experience with Reebok online. My order took over 2 weeks to ship. I followed up twice during that time to find out why and when my order was going to ship. They couldn't tell me. They just gave me two different excuses. I decided to inquire through Facebook messenger to try get better answers. They said that due to some glitch my order got sent to wrong distribution center. Apparently the customer service agents I had spoken to did not have access to that information (whatt?). Worst online experience I've ever had. Buyer beware.

Customer service will tell you anything to get you off the phone, if you are calling about your refund, one rep. Told me I would get my refund in 3 to 5 days, after 5 days no refund, called back the next rep. Told me it will be 30 days before I would see my refund so I'm still waiting
Over a week from placing an order, no communication, contacted Reebok via chat to be told 11,000 orders have not gone out due to a labelling issue in their warehouse. Do you think I could cancel my order? No. Do you think I could get an eta when this problem would be resolved? No. Do you think they would respond in a sympathetic way? No. The response was a sad face emoji.
So $130 on trainers and I don't know when they will arrive. They have charged me but I don't have my product.
Really great site to buy from. Even if your brand name is Reebok, you have to work hard to offer great customer experience. My experience was perfect from the moment I put my item in my cart to the moment I received my package at home.

I am having the exact same problem now three times. The customer service is awful overall always getting a new person. After the second time of cancelled order, not by me, I even was given a voucher for 50% off by Reebok to order again. The 3rd order went through only to wake the next day to the same preparing to ship and it is out of stock. One customer service agent even connected with the warehouse and found out the pair I wanted was definitely in stock and it is not a low stock issue. There is also a communication issue between customer service agents and the warehouse. Now I am working with a supervisor who still cannot fix the issue and has not connected with me as promised.
Recently visited your store to buy sportswear in the gym. As much as it is already in my use it is a shock. I haven't worn anything for so long, so I recommend, the product is good and the quality is great!
There ugly shoes in the first place but very durable, which you may like if you work outside or for running shoes. I recently tried to do an order but was not able to due to, incompatible bank. Which it asked me to use this bank specifecly. I used navy federal a bank compatible with reebox. And it did not work my card had money on it but yet i couldnt use. As someone who fought for my country its a shame i cant use a bank made for us.

First pair of shoes I've been excited about in a little while. The material and quality of the shoe feels like buying a shoe in the 90s early 2000s. Everything feels like it's quality material and put together very well. A little heavier than I expected but light enough to be comfortable and the heaviness is probably the quality materials because that's what comes with it Usually.

If you knew the item and size products was great but if you need refund, Reebok customer service very bad, when they received parcel you need wait for another 30 days than you mind get your credit back, customers service said refund processing need take 14-21 business days without weekends, it was so disappointed and when you use online chat the Reebok customers service team keep asking you same questions and reply you same answer, when they reply you they need 14-21 days that disconnected your Chat also not reply your email.

You guys have fallen off badly. Fire everyone in leadership. As an old sneakerhead I only saw one iverson shoe in the hippest store in the area - I haven't bought Bball sneakers in 10 years as everything fell off at Reebok. I wouldn't be caught dead in those retro questions with the purple, yellow etc. - hideous! So many cool shoes and colorways (Question - Answer V) and you really messed it up. Always a good quality and selection of Jordan's at the store and NO Reebok's - why? Time for a full makeover and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Never buy from this company. Their management has lost sight of their customer services. They stopped taking returns or exchanges from April 15th until May 15th as they upgraded their system,
So I waited and called their customer service. My sense is they not only attempted to Upgrade their system but also cut a deal to outsource to Manilla. I called today and spoke to three repts (60 minutes) and was told the upgrade DOES NOT allow for exchanges. What a pathetic move by Reebok. I just would like you to know if you sign up for the trial you will be bill for the full trial period even if you don't use it. I sign up for the free trial and cancel the next day after reading the bad reviews. They bill me anyway and when i tryed to call them all get someone offering me specials.don't touch company.
Had a previous unresolved problem, but ordered 4 pairs of my favorite shoe on the Memorial day special they Emailed me. Site said "in stock" when I ordered during the sale, but the day after the sale ended I got an Email saying they couldn't meet the order because it was out of stock. The day after that, I got an Email offering the shoes (now in stock) at full price since the sale was now over. What a scam.!
This website is horribly inconsistent and makes promises that they are unable to keep. I ordered a hoodie for my sister's Christmas gift, but they never sent me an order number or confirmation. I checked the site to see if they were still available, but they were out of stock. Thinking that they never put my order through, I ordered another sweatshirt of similar value. To my surprise, several days later, both showed up. They only have self service returns, however, I didn't have the order number to return the first sweatshirt. After emailing them, they failed to return within the 24 hour period that they guarantee and instead, got back to me TWO WEEKS LATER. Two weeks after the package arrived at the facility, I finally called them and they agreed to refund me AFTER January 6th. Needless to say, this is a waste of time and I really suggest that you order CrossFit products from other vendors.

Bought FLUXLITE MEN'S TRAINING SHOES from reebok.com. They were on clearance and no returns. But I still expected wearable quality, wouldn't you?
However, shoes came with a left shoe having an inside joint so ruff that it catches my toe during walks and tears the sock. The other shoe does not have same issue.
So they go to the garbage and money is wasted.
