I had trouble with my shoes (the inside « back heal » was tearing apart super fast (inside 3 months of use)) but the rest is still perfect. I wrote an email late night about it wondering if their warranty would cover this. In the morning, I already had an answer and before noon everything was set. AMAZING client service. I think I never had such a quick answer in the past. I've only heard good things from my friends about their shoes quality (good leather) and now I'm really impressed with their client service.
I ordered two pairs of shoes. Received one correct pair I ordered and one pair completely different than the ones I ordered. Talked to customer service, they offered to exchange them for the right size "and pay for shipping this one time." Umm obviously since it was your mess up not mine. Didn't hear anything for a week so I get on and see they had been returned back to their factory. Wait a little while longer with no updates or shipping info for the new shoes. Reached out to customer service 3 weeks after they had received the exchanged shoes and I was informed that they hadn't even scanned them yet or processed any of the return. The service agent begged me to "be patient and they would expedite the process" I refused and said I wanted a refund instead. They continued to tell me to wait and it would be taken care of. Finally able to get them to refund my money. If you get the correct shoes, I'm sure you're just fine with the product but if you have to deal with customer service at all it will be miserable.
Bought FLUXLITE MEN'S TRAINING SHOES from reebok.com. They were on clearance and no returns. But I still expected wearable quality, wouldn't you?
However, shoes came with a left shoe having an inside joint so ruff that it catches my toe during walks and tears the sock. The other shoe does not have same issue.
So they go to the garbage and money is wasted.
I purchased two pairs of shoes from Reebok. They only sent me one pair. When I called customer service. I was told, "Well we don't know if you received one pair." After I hung up I received a email stating I would receive a 1/2 refund. Well I am still waiting for the refund. I am told I must wait about 10 days! Hey! Reebok! It is not my mistake! It is yours! YOU SENT ME ONLY ONE PAIR OF SHOES! AND THEN YOU ACTED LIKE I WAS THE BAD PERSON! Never again! I don't need to be treated this way! Unacceptable!

I had purchased a pair of shoes on the 17th of May and my credit card was charged on the 18th. Two weeks go by and still no email that they were sent. Contacted customer service and was advised that they were extremely busy. Then on Jun 8th, I contacted them again and was advised that the shoes were sold out and the only option was a cancellation with refund. Disappointed but okay. Got notification from credit card company that they charged it again instead of refund. Called them and they told me I had to basically figure it out with my credit card company. If I can give this company an negative number in the rating I would! Never again will I purchase from the sham of a company

I wish I could give 0 stars. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my life.
I placed an order for club c 85 vintages shoes the delivery took 2 weeks, when they arrived they had sent me the wrong shoes. When I called customer service and informed them they refused to send me the correct shoes and refused to issue me a refund unless I returned them incorrect shoes. I have no problem returning them, except that the nearest drop off point is an hour from my house. When I explained that to them they told me nothing could be done and I had to return them in order to get a refund. So basically they refused to correct THEIR mistake and send me the correct order, and now they except me to travel for more than 2 hours in order to get my money back for once again their mistake. The cherry on top is that the shoes are now sold out entirely on their website and I can't even reorder them if I get my refund. The customer service is horrendous, I was put on hold countless times. They clearly don't care about their customers. They are putting me through a massive inconvenience for a mistake they made. I never write reviews but this is the most frustrating experience of my life and I could not advise you more - never order from reebok.

Purchased on line for me as a 60th birthday present. After 14 months moderate use the Spin bike is falling apart. The metal both on the handlebar and pedals has completely given way.
I tried to order a pair of runners online and spent 30 minutes trying to enter my address, which the site refused to acknowledged. They have it set up where you choose your address based on how you type it in but here's the thing: the site will not accept an apartment number, only the house address. There is nowhere for you to enter an apartment number, and no place to add a message with instructions. I mean seriously, most people living in the city live in an apartment so where is the logic in this? I wanted to write an email to give this feedback, but I had to go hunting for their contact information and when I found it, there was a phone number, but for email it said "click here". Guess where that took me? Nowhere. I just tried to call and was told I would be on hold for 30 minutes. I've never had so much trouble trying to purchase a product before. So just so you know, Reebok only allows online deliveries to people that live in houses, and they don't have an email address. Don't waste your time.

Reebok's inability to provide a basic level of customer service and stock management is amazing. I don't often rip into companies. But, I always wanted a pair of pumps as a kid/teenage. Our family could never afford such an item. I noticed these on sale and with my birthday coming up, and them being from the period I would of wanted them, I thought yeah I can afford them myself, why not treat myself. A few days go by and today I get a package, a jumper which was part of the order, a little weird, but hey sometimes they send things in separated deliveries. I check my email a little later and find this;
"We have just come across an issue whereby we have completely sold out of the Shaq Attaq Shoes Black/Bold Purple/Collegiate G, M 11 / W 12.5. We are terribly sorry for the lack of communication surrounding your order and can completely understand your disappointment. It appears an issue occurred when we tried to pick and pack your order at our warehouse! Our team is currently investigating to ensure this does not occur in the future."
Although, their website says they are still in stock (not with the additional discount, but in my size). Not sure how that will stop the issue happening again.

I ordered shoes online in my usual size: the same size shoe I have been wearing for the last twenty years, but when they arrived they were too small. I attempted to return them in exchange for a larger size, but was told point-blank that they "don't exchange products". I'm not asking for a different product, just for a different size.
When I got through to the second customer service person (Beverly; the first one, Kylie, had rudely cut me off) the best she could offer was to return them for a refund. She then passively-aggressively suggested that next time, I should check their sizing guide before ordering. I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM, Beverly - you sent me the wrong size shoes!
To add insult to injury, when she sent me the link to their size guide, it says that if you're not sure what size to order, don't worry because (and this is a direct quote) "You can just try them on at home." Well, apparently I can't because you won't exchange them after I've tried them and found that they're wrong!

Absolutely terrible company. On 16th September I ordered 3 pairs of trainers. On the 27th September I finally received a parcel from Reebok. It contained 2 pairs of trainers (One missing).
The outer packaging is pretty much exactly the correct size to contain the 2 pairs of trainer received. So I contacted Reebok and assumed that this would be a simple problem to resolve. I provided a photograph of the packaging with the two pairs of trainers on top. Absolutely no physical way that I could have received my full order of 3 pairs.
This is not good enough for Reebok, they want more photos. No problem, I've supplied more photos and yet this is still not resolved today (5th October).
Anyone with eyes in their head as well as a brain can see that it is physically impossible for me to have received my 3 pairs of trainers and yet it seems employees of Reebok can't see this. Instead, I feel like I'm being accused of something and that I can't be telling the truth (despite the facts). When in fact it is Reebok who have taken my money and not supplied goods.
I will be contacting my card provider in due course to charge back the amount of one pair of trainers and reporting Reebok to trading standards.
My advice, do not buy from this company, ever!
Reebok has the best running socks ever. They are thin which i love because my feet get really hot. The best part is they have great arch support. They are a must buy
I bought a pair of Reebok classic sneakers in December, I did not have them for a month before they started falling apart. I contacted Reebok, and they gave me the run around for another month before they would look into my claim. They responded by agreeing the sneakers were falling apart but would not replace them since they are now used. EVEN THOUGH I CONTACTED THEM WELL OVER A MONTH AGO! They suggested I buy another pair. So, i tried to use a groupon to purchase two items. Everything seemed fine until I received someone else's two items. It was a crossfit woman's order, so i"m sure she's mad... So after being on hold for over an hour, they told me all they could do was give me back my money at 70% of what I paid, since "the groupon" is no longer available and all they had was a 30% coupon. And they would only do so if I sent back the items. What?! They never sent my items, and are charging me 30% of the order?!?! It was over $100, so that's a lot of money to try to swindle from a loyal customer. Then, they "magically" had similar items in stock, so I settled to get the similar items shipped to me. Surprise! I only got one item from the order. This is two months into this order and I probably will never see the other item. I've tried to contact them via e-mail with promises of "hearing back" in 24 hours (three times, no recontact.). I've also been on hold more than once for over an hour. Reebok online is seriously the shadiest operation I've seen. I've ordered from them only once before, but this is it! I'm considering legal action or a complain to the better business bureau. It just want my money back!

They trust UPS more than there customers.
As a gift sent a workout shirt directly to a family member, it arrived way to small. By the time we got it back from the family member it was outside their "30 day window" and despite that it was never worn and still had tags on it they would not let us exchange it! When I called and attempted to talk to someone of higher authority I was told there was no one and that I could send an email to their corporate email address. TERRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! STAY AWAY!
I ordered uk 8 size of Reebok Lite 3.0 men's running shoes vide order no ******* and was promptly delivered to me through Ecom express. Since the shoes did not fit me perfectly and as i could feel uncomfortable on trial, I requested for return, within one hour of receipt of shoes. The shoes were picked up by Bluedart courtier some right days back and customer care just acknowledged receiving the goods back but no request was made for bank details or of refunding the amount. I contacted their customer care unfriendly number several times from my mobile *******148 but definate reply in regard to refund was given by the staff. I paid rs 2759/ and i myself sent them bank details. It is more than 8 days and no refund was made till date. Very poor service and the customer's amounts are gulped or not refunded at all. Please don't buy from this company directly... Better purchase from Amazone who are the best customer friendly and give prompt service including timely refund within one hour after returns are picked up..

I bought 5 sneakers NanoX on the Reebok website (RBR*******) among other items (total of R$ 1,844) on 11/28/20, two pairs did not fit and I asked to exchange these items for the right sizes.
Apparently NanoX sneakers are not being replenished, so it would be necessary to change to another color (informed in the chat at 12/15 in protocol ******* at 17:16:31 h) to get the sizes I want.
I agreed to exchange my pairs of sneakers for other colors due to lack of stock (protocol ******* and *******). I sent my sneakers to Reebok, now the attendant said that it will not be possible to make the exchange because there is no stock in the same color that I bought. They refuse to exchange pairs for the same model in different colors (protocol *******), going against what the attedant said before. I need help!
