Sue, the purported "hero" in my tale is no hero. I came upon an introductory question and answer session that cost $1 as a teaser for a potential course purchase later. Fine. The first clue that this was not a good merchant was that the answer was cookie cutter, boiler plate stuff anyone already knows.
The second clue was the disingenuous follow up. I never was interested after the first answer, yet a month later what looks like a follow up only serves as an automated, late night sales pitch that never showed any interest in my feedback. If you do NOT care and do NOT answer a prospective client's response, then please do NOT make a fake followup feigning to care in the first place. That is wrong.
Tip for consumers:
Do not give them your money or time. The representatives are money hungry and do not care, if not insensitive. Their responses are either bs or stuff one usually knows or can easily get off the internet.
