Dear Reliablesite, Thank you for providing an amazing service. The dedicated server has so far been a pleasure to use. No crashes, I got more than what I paid for. All the specs are correct and as described from the item description. One constructive feedback would be to speed up the setup timing and to be faster in responding to client emails. Furthermore I believe some clients would like to try your service for a week for free before committing to a larger payment plan. Thanks for your hard work and smooth services!
Bought a server from them. After I transferred all my data from my previous server, they told me I cannot use it because the found my account suspicious or something. Total BS and unprofessional. If you find my account suspicious then don't provide me the server! Why waste my time?
100% satisfied with the 24/7 up-time running servers. Thanks a lot for the fine service. Keep it up.
My experience with reliablesite.net is great im using this hosting from year+ i have bought dedicated server from reliablesite.net and i must say one of the best hosting i ever use not a single min down time and amazing very quick support always!
I signed up with ReliableSite because they offer up to date servers for a good price. I expected the customer service to be good as well, and even so it's exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended!
I'm really impressed by the network speeds, I can easily push my full port speed. Will recommend your services to my homies, for sure.
We've been with ReliableSite for over 4 years and have used roughly a dozen different hosting providers worldwide. RS is, without a double, the least reliable in terms of hardware uptime. They also have terrible customer service and don't care at all about you or your customers.
The straw that finally broke the camel's back for us was today. For a week, they've been pressuring us to change our IP because they wanted to do some internal restructuring. Originally, they tried to give us a 24 hour warning which was already unacceptable because we give our own customers a minimum of 48 hours. After agreeing to wait until our customer was ready, they instead performed the change anyway, resulting in a downtime of 6 hours so far (still ongoing).
In addition, when I asked them to revert the change, they instead went onto the machine without authorization and changed the network adapters to hardcode them to the new IP, erasing all of our adapter settings that were allowing us to tunnel through a GRE endpoint in order to provide DDoS protection for our customer. Now, we've spent hours trying to not only fix the issue they caused with the IP change, but fix the adapters they trampled without our permission.
To top it off, their customer service was terrible. Hour-long response times, rude responses and outright ignoring our requests for help fixing the outage they caused.
Over the years, they've shown they have systemic problems not just in customer service but uptime as well. Out of the dozen or so hosts we've used, they have had the most unexpected downtime by at least double the second worst. They have also taken upwards of 24 hours to fix outages they've caused with poor communication about the process, which has cost us a ton of business and customers.
Absolutely stay away from this company.
I have only been a customer of ReliableSite for a few months, but they have shone in every facet in that short period. What few customer service requests I had were answered within minutes. My service has been fantastically stable. And of course, the value cannot be beat!
I have been a customer since October 2013. Overall customer service has been fast, uptime has been excellent, and I'm finalizing moving my servers from all of my other providers over to ReliableSite this month. Saving about 25% over my other providers for the same or better service and hardware!
We have been working with reliablesite for almost a year now and they have answered to every question or requirement we had.
Its hard to find a co-location company that has a good support and price and i think we found it.
I purchased a rapid deploy server at 4 AM on a Sunday. Was setup instantly as advertised.
I opened a ticket with support about an hour later with a few questions and had a reply within minutes. Couldn't be happier.
The performance and service from the Reliablesite Datacenter and its people is top notch. They have made the transition to a dedicated server painless.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality provider.
Thanks...
ReliableSite has been an amazing experience so far. My server was setup in less than the advertised time (24-48 hours), and has been flawless ever since. My users never have any latency issues, and my server has been online 24/7 with no outages since its setup. The customer support is amazing, and I even received a reply at 4am on one ticket I had with a control panel question.
I would definitely recommend ReliableSite to others.
Best servers in Miami. Best prices, best support, best network. I recommend buying dedicated servers from them.
You guys helped me out of a rough spot, continuously love your support, service, prices, and I'll never shop anywhere else.
Any potential chance of you guys expanding across the country? I'd like to get rid of my DC's in LA and CHI and transfer to you guys :D
Completely hassle-free hosting service. Setting it up was no pressure at all with zero technical issues! 5 stars from me.
All three of my IT companies are running smoothly, enjoying 100% client satisfaction. I literally regret not migrating to bare metal earlier.

Speed over hundreds of our websites has been boosted significantly. Their hosting service turned out really accommodating.
These guys are awesome. They often perform server monitoring to avoid potential trouble on our websites.
No connectivity or server crashing issues! Really, I got the best hosting service. Highly recommended!
I have servers in both Reliablesite data centers (New York City metro and Miami, Florida) and can say that you can't beat the service at their price points. I hope they offer more data centers in the future so I can migrate some of my other servers over.
I have been dealing with servers, hosting, control panels since the beginning of the era where things were just starting to pick up, like 1996. Since, our company has been a provider and reseller in this area with so many different providers. We built trust, put in hours and years of experience into previous providers, none match what we have found with Reliablesite.net. They are always friendly, they respond in professional manner and time, they offer great deals and pricing. I honestly can't think of anything bad with them. It's only been 6 months, there were some downs but nothing huge and nothing they didn't fix. I guess the only thing I would suggest would be to increate their deployment (1) and send a short message or setup some kind of notification via SMS or something to inform their clients of any down times happening or planned (2). As a business, it doesn't hurt to let your customer know that there might be an interruption rather then them finding out. However, I'm not going to stress over that and neither should ReliableSite.net crew, they are doing a great job and we are proud to be partners with them to be able to provide our customer with solutions.
Sad to see Reliable leaving the shared hosting space. The have been a bright spot in a landscape full of questionable providers. Support is second to none.
The Reliablesite has a good prices and his support staff always is helpful when is needed. The servers have high level uptime. It is a great partnership during these 4 years
Support of all kinds (technical, billing) is reasonably fast, and always intelligent. The machines and connections are very quick and capable of everything we've thrown in!
I subscribed to ReliableSite, mainly because of the very cheap unmetered Gigabit bandwidth. I used these server to run high-bandwidth Tor exit relays.
I got a email from ReliableSite's CEO saying "we don't allow Tor exit relays" despite their TOS saying nothing about it and me using MY ARIN IP allocations and not theirs.
Even earlier, when I wanted to announce my IP block, they claimed to announce it without actually announcing it, which resulted in four days of downtime, and then didn't give credit.
RS is very affordable and works great if you're just running a blog or forum off a single server, that works fine. They do a good job in the peering front, but RS isn't designed for even a moderately complex IaaS setup like mine, or VPN/Tor setups despite affordable bandwidth. Their sysadmins often make mistakes.
I'm switching eveything to Psychz as despite so-so peering (maybe LAX vs JFK/EWR) hasn't said anything about Tor relays running them also. Psychz is generally more expensive but also does better with IaaS needs.
Tip for consumers:
They work fine if you run a simple blog or forum, or something like that, they're usually cheap and "good enough". If you run Tor or VPN, don't be tempted by the cheap bandwidth. If you have complex IaaS needs, companies like OVH and DataPacket are better suited.
