Dear Reliablesite, Thank you for providing an amazing service. The dedicated server has so far been a pleasure to use. No crashes, I got more than what I paid for. All the specs are correct and as described from the item description. One constructive feedback would be to speed up the setup timing and to be faster in responding to client emails. Bought a server from them. After I transferred all my data from my previous server, they told me I cannot use it because the found my account suspicious or something. Total BS and unprofessional. If you find my account suspicious then don't provide me the server! Why waste my time?
I ordered an Intel Atom D510 4GB Rapid Deploy server to use as a DNS server. It was setup quickly and just works.
I can't remember the last time my server was down. Support is fast and pricing is very competitive. I have referred many freinds, all very satisfied as well.
Servers were ready for less then 24 hours and working well. No network problems. Good price. No need of technical assistance because there were no problems with servers!
I would give you all 5 stars but I have had a few issues with the customer support portal. I know how hard it is to get that stuff right I am fighting it myself and I only have 3k subscribers. THe problems I am seeing/having is because of the 3 separate systems used. I hate WHMCS as much as the next guy so I see why you don't use it for everything but smartertrack can be very confusing. For instance sometimes I pull up my DMCA notices when I want to reply to something and it only shows as 1 ticket requiring a reply so I reply to it then days or weeks later I get a notice asking if I have taken care of another DMCA notice that didnt show up on my dashboard. I find myself having to have your ticket system email me a list of all my tickets in order to find tickets that somehow were missed.
Also your miami IPs geolocate to NJ. Some people may find that to be a problem.
Moved from another provider and I have to say it's been great so far. Very reliable! Living up to the name:)

El precio es bastante bueno y recomendable eso sin dudas, además que todos los dedicados tienen 1 Gbps dedicado y 10 Gbps compartidos.
Ademas que con el precio de revendedor estos mismos te salen casi regalados, cosa por lo que no me quejo de los puntos malos de a continuación.
El soporte es bueno y te responden en menos de 2 horas, saben solucionar todos tus problemas.
Los problemas que tengo y la razón por la que les pongo 4/5 son estas:
1. Las IPs que compres solo funcionan en ese mismo dedicado, no pueden ser utilizadas en otras, y por realizar una transferencia de IP a otro servidor te cobran nuevamente la IP así esta misma ya esté completamente su mensualidad.
2. Los servidores los entregan en buen estado, pero sucede que algunos traen un desgaste tremendo en el disco este mismo siendo mayor al 60%
3. Alguno servidores AMD Ryzen por lo menos en el centro de datos de Miami traen temperaturas bastante altas, en mi caso un Ryzen 7 3700X alcanzó temperaturas de 94° estando el procesador con un uso del mismo del 96%.
4. Reinstalación del sistema operativo: Me ha sucedido en más de 3 ocasiones que cuando reinstalo el SO del dedicado este mismo se "bugea" y tengo que terminar contactándome con soporte para para que me lo solucionen.
5. Me han hecho "null route" a una dirección IP de un reporte que recibí y que fue solucionado hace más de 3 semanas.
6. Las BIOS vienen configuradas como el cliente anterior las dejo, no vienen por defecto (como debería ser).
7. Aveces hay "packetloss" de igual forma esto el soporte lo soluciono en menos de 8 horas, mis respetos para ellos.
8. Su panel de control tiene varios errores, algunos de ellos afectan a su funcionamiento, y el mismo panel de control tiene una apariencia como del 2007.
