I have been paying for the Protection Plan for more that 4 years. When The time I needed the service. The Technician came or scheduled 2 days after the Call and The technician said that the A/C Air Conditioning unit is unrepairable and we should replace it with a new unit. Why do they charge us every month for the repair if that will be the diagnosis?
Joe Green was a great technician. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to avoid unnecessary calls in the future.
