I bought a card at a loves truck stop. I loaded money on the card. I couldn't open the safe to register it. So I went back in to get a refund it wouldn't let them give me a refund. Then I call customer service still all the trouble shooting they did still no money. I am beyond pissed.

So you have a reloadable card. You can reload them yourself virtually anywhere now just by having the register person slide them and you putting money back on them. This card service "Reloadit" is a 3rd party middleman webpapp that can manage all of that. Sounds great in theory except that IT DOESN'T WORK! You have to use their proprietary site to get the money loaded to your prepaid card and it will stick on "verifying your card" for HOURS! It takes literally 0 seconds to verify a card, not hours. Forget this garbage, and there's no way to remove the money from the website once you've attached the prepaid reload card to it. They've got you at that point and you're screwed.

Stay away, stay very very very very away. 100% scam and unnecessary piece of TRASH! Unbelievable that this stuff is allowed to exist if it doesn't work. Rotten garbage.

I purchased a Reloadit Pack at a Loves. I put $400 fu$&ing dollars on it. Got home, and tried to sign up for a safe...nope! "TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES" I have talked with e different representatives, tried everything they suggested doing, and still, NOTHING. IT HAS BEEN 3 DAYS, NO EMAIL, NOTHING. These people are criminals, and should be jailed for theft!)

This is the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with; it used to be so easy to load money onto a prepaid card; everything is a scam now. I can't get my money into my safe; I created an account but I can't use my reloadit card with $300 on it I'm losing; and now I'm getting emails that my that my account's trying to be accessed from this new device and it's this exact same device so now I'm getting locked out I'm so freaking angry this is the worst worst worst company ever do not waste your money you might as well flush it down the toilet cause you will not see it again EVER! YOU CAN'T EVEN GET A REFUND BECAUSE YOU NEVER GET A PERSON TO TALK WITH! It doesn't even deserve ONE star!

First of all read the reviews and never use this company, I made the mistake of calling the company to ask if theyd accept my card, which they said yes to, just to find out later you cant upload to the prepaid card I had. Wasted at least 4-5 hours total trying to figure out how to create a safe with literally 8 different devices over a period of 4 days waiting as they told me and doing EVERYTHING they said to do only to have them say it was my issue. Customer service hung up on me 3 times as i explained my issues because i assume they know they are ripping people off and didnt have the heart to lie to me (someone ignorantly believing in the voice behind the phone). THEY DO NOT REFUND TAXES OR ACTIVATION FEE! Said i should have called before... and when i said i had called before... CLICK hung up on. Dont feel dumb like me for believing a company cares about people and wasting ANY time with this company.

Reloadit.com is a scam, to whom ever go's to this site, their customer help number is no help at all, they will take your money and vanish.

I can't even believe this company is in business. I needed to reload a card and all of the places in my town that load them were closed. I happened to see the Reloadit pack and thought that would be great. I could just my card from it. WRONG. Turns out you can only use it with Netspend cards and apparently I have been banned from Netspend. I found this out when I had to go purchase a Netspend card to get my money from the Reloadit pack, so I decided I would have a friend register a card and then load it onto his. WRONG. When I went to register the Netspend card on the Reloadit site, I couldn't even login. It said my account is blocked and to call customer service. I found the single sentence about clearing the cache, deleting cookies, etc. so I did all that to no avail. After multiple attempts, I FINALLY got a live customer service agent who told me that Reloadit hadn't blocked my account, Netspend had. So why did it tell me to call Reloadit customer service? So she proceeds to give me Netspend's number and I called them. They acted like they had never even heard of Reloadit. They even had me spell it, and they had no idea what I was even talking about. So, I call Reloadit back and she got her supervisor involved, yay! WRONG. The supervisor gave me another number to call, which turned out to be Greendot, who is Netspend's competitor and has nothing at all whatsoever to do with Netspend or Reloadit. So, I called Reloadit back. This time the guy at least gave me a case number to reference when I call back. He informed me that after performing all the clearing and deleting of cache and cookies, it was necessary to wait 48 hours before trying to retrieve my account. So, I purchased the Reloadit pack a week ago, have purchased three prepaid cards trying to retrieve my money, and now I can't even get into my account and customer service is giving me the phone number for an entirely different company. The amount I loaded is minor, but now it's the principle of it. I won't stop until somebody refunds my money or gives me access to my account. This is the absolute WORST company/product I've ever dealt with. You just can't make this stuff up.
