Purchased a Turbo Actuator for my 3500 Ram. The part got delivered very quickly. Got it installed and wanted the dealer to do the calibration... Ended up the option was not available in their Scan tool for my year. The mechanic had done the procedure before and was surprised to find it had been taken out. Called RAE for help and got outstanding support from very knowledgeable and dedicated staff. Sales and Techsupport got me on the right track and my turbo now runs like new! Thanks you all! I will definetly do business with RAE again. A+++
