Do not order from them! I placed an order in April 17th. I usually know better and read some reviews so it seemed legit at the time. Boy was I wrong! I reached out to them through email and received the same fake emails everyone is talking about. Last one said shipped and in Rosedale new York. I finally had enough and called my bank. Thank God my bank refunded my money! I spent 73.00. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people in the midst of a crisis! I reported them! Hope they get caught!
Normally, I pride myself on doing appropriate due diligence on websites but in this case I didn't. My experience was the same as many others - great communication (although formulaic and poorly written) but then it drops off. I received an email, finally, stating the items shipped but the tracking information would only indicate that a label was created. After several weeks I reached out and - crickets. Fortunately, AmEx is easy to work with and credited my account in 30 seconds. Do NOT order from them! I'm placing a new order via Etsy for face masks, which is what I should have done in the first place!
Dont order of this company they have no phone number and when you email them they dont answer back but they take your money fast they should be shut down and it's not even remarkgreen its lush goods.
It took a while but I did receive my mask and the filters and I really like it. I wish I could order more filters cause I have a feeling we will be wearing these for a while..
I ordered 2 jeep masks and extra filters. I received the filters but not received the masks. They said they were delivered and I would have to go through my post office for a refund. Major scam.
TL; DR - Order took 2 months to complete; shipping information was incorrect/incomplete; customer service is non-existent.
I ordered 2 masks and several filters mid-April, with an advertised 10-14 day estimate. After a week I got 2 shipping notifications, each containing different portions of my order (first was masks, second was filters) but both had the same tracking number. This package sat in a "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item" status in New York for the next 5 weeks with no updates, after which point it jumped to California; it delivered in a few days from this in early June. However, the package contained only 1 mask and the filters (contents not matching either shipping email). I also received a notice from the USPS that I had a package coming from some other company I've never heard of (originally Yanwen, now showing Pitney Bowes), which also sat in the same status in New York before it finally arrived at a real post office (this time in Indiana) for delivery; this contained the missing mask (again contents didn't match any shipping notification from the company). I also experienced the automated ("fake") email reply from their customer service, but never any real reply. The masks themselves are decent though.
While I did finally receive my complete purchase (almost exactly 2 months later) and am reasonably satisfied with the quality of the product (could be better, could be worse), the overall customer experience was just bad.
Tip for consumers:
Expect long delays and little communication, but you will eventually receive your purchase.

Terrible customer service last check my order was in Jamaica I ordered April 23rd and they took my money April 24th cannot get a good response the told me I could get 20% off my next order, they will have to come up with a much better offer I will never order from them again

This is a fake website. I ordered $175.00 worth of masks on April 6th. Today is now May 8th and I have not received my masks. Like everyone else I received a fake tracking number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY.

Do not use this site. It doesn't exist. They provided a fake address as well. Somewhere in New Mexico, I Googled the address, it brought up an empty field.
I did a google earth tracking of the so call address and to my surprise the results showed me a junk yard of a site according to the address in New Mexico.(4942 Peachtree Hills Rd, Las Cruces, NM *******, United States)
Everyone take a look at the Google Earth street view and type in the Remark Green NM address you will see this junk yard of a place. I was shock at what I saw.

I ordered these masks in April and I just received them two weeks ago. I ordered 3 masks and when they came they were none of the ones that I ordered. I have emailed them to let them know and I have gotten all types of excuses. At first they asked me to send pictures of what I received I did that, then they sent an email stating that they would get with the warehouse to see what happened. I am the one that always has to follow up they never let you know what is going on. So the email I received yesterday stated that they can refund me half of my money if I agree. I told them I do not agree and to either send me what I ordered or give me a full refund. I even told them to send me a prepaid label and I will send these hideous masks back to them. They sent another email today and said they are unable to give me a full refund and asked that I respond in agreement. I will not back down on this company they are a SCAM and they just send you anything that they want. If you received what you ordered then good for you. My sister lives in another state and they did the same thing to her. I spent $100 with these scammers and I want a full refund. I will be contacting the BBB and any other company I can find to file a complaint. FYI. The best time to email them is at night around 10:00 EST they will respond by the morning. Also, DO NOT USE PAYPAL use another credit card if you can so you can dispute the charges to get your money back quicker.

I placed an order for a facemask and filters with Remark Green on 4/16/20 at which time there were allegedly on backorder. On June 1st, 2020 I received an email that my shipment was on it's way after almost 2 months of waiting. However, the shipment updates from that point on pretty much ceased. The last shipping update I received was on June 24th claiming that my order was heading toward my destination. After that all shipping updates ceased. I began emailing Remark Green requesting for shipping updates and received automated responses regarding my order giving me the link to track my shipping (which I already had) and from there apologizing for the delay. The emails began on June 29th. I have requested a full refund multiple times at this point and have been met with the same response multiple times offering me a 5% refund. This is unacceptable since it has now been 4 months almost to the date since I placed my order. I have asked to speak with supervisors and have not received a response multiple times now. I simply want my money back at this point since it appears I will not be getting my order and they are not trying to refund me for my order, which still has not arrived. I am very dissatisfied with this company.
I ordered a mask in April 2020 and on 12 May they sent an email with a tracking number UF*******YP. I typed the number and the mask is coming from China apparently. SMH!

So I places an order for 7 masks on 04/28- I had received order confirmation emails from them... and a few "Keeping you update on the process" ones. I knew because of the pandemic and such high demand shipping was going to be delayed. But figured since we will probably need these long term - i would wait. I finally received my package on 06/08. But 2 of the masks were not in there. I figure because they are personalized they will come in a separate pkg. The masks were well made however a bit on the small size for my husband. He says the nose clip really hurts his nose because of how tight he has it on- barely fitting his head. It does seam to be a good fit for the kids though( ages 10-12). I will give it another week or so and inquire about the 2 missing ones. I have to add I am disappointed in learning this came from China -since I purposely didn't buy from other sites because of that. I wanted to support US companies. I thought since this was US based it would be coming from here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS SITE BASED UPON ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS- WISH I HAD SEEN THAT BEFORE.

They are. Selfish people. I was told that the masks material is cut etc n the US then sent out of the country to be assembled. Because of the difficult shipping codes now it takes a lot of time. I can't believe I believed all this... I just wanted these masks with brought always theater shows on the masks that my granddaughter would be appt to wear since she is in theater at the age of 13. I have multiple emails with correspondence from this company. They all need to be arrested!
