I did place a order on April 15 for 1 mask and filters. I received the confirmation and then finally got a tracking number after contacting customer service thru the email. Every time I checked the USPS was waiting on the package from the company. Just today I received the 1 mask but have not received the filters as of yet.

I placed an order with them in early March 2020 after about a month when Had not shipped I called them and message them. The answer I got from them was that the product was on the way. A month later it still had not come and I asked them to cancel it and they would not cancel my order I took another month before the order finally arrived and it was junk do not buy for them from this company not worth it save your money add a photo I put them away

I made two orders, not one has came in and it's been over a month. It's a fake company, you can't get ahold of and one, a complete scam. I read the reviews before before making my purchase and they must have had false reviews and false ratings to make them look good. Please do not order anything from them

Stay away from this company! I lost $70 to them. They keep saying they sent the package but the package I received did not have all the merchandise in it. Went through PayPal and they lied to PayPal saying they sent all the merchandise. They did not! Any emails I send to them get fake replies saying they sent it and they'll give me a discount on my next purchase. So disappointed in this place and at PayPal for not helping with this issue. Stay far away.

I ordered 3 masks on 4/5 and here it is 6/9 and yet i have not received anything. I have been emailing with the same response that i see everyone else got. Then they are going to send me a code for 20% off my next order. No what makes you think that i am going to be dumb enough to order when i am still waiting for the first order. Also the company on my CC statement is LUSHGOOD HK. Another SCAM from what i was reading. They say they are located in the US but they lie. I will be reporting to US Postal and BBB. Facebook is letting this happen.

They stole my money! I had the exact same experience as everyone else in this section. This is not a real company. I ordered 3 mask on April 15th. They never came and now they wont respond to my emails. They sent a fake tracking number that has not shown the product was shipped for 8 days. This is ridiculous! Reporting them to BBB and Instagram where their fake ads are posted right now.

Order 2 masks from them back in April 3rd, its been a month and i have yet received my item. I contacted their help support and they would reply back with a generic email and a fake tracking number. The physical address of the company is fake also. Don't buy from the.

I gave 5 stars because of the quality of the masks. The wait was beyond too long. I would give a zero (0) for Customer Service. I placed my order 4/17/2020, and received it today 6/18/2020. I thought I was being scammed because of how long it took to come in. I received my product, it has been two months and 1 day since I ordered. If you need it immediately, I would say do not order; but if it isn't a rush the products are exactly as the picture. I love the masks!

They advertised face mask on a site on a social media I thought it was legit. I placed an order the beginning of April it took them a month to even acknowlege that the order was being on the way. I decided to dispute it with my bank. As soon as the bank reached out to them they sent me a fake USPS tracking number that never generated a label. Thankfully I got my money back do not waste your time ordering anything from this company they are a scam!

I ordered this mask back in May. I finally received it. I didn't realize until I got my traking number that it was coming from China. Withe pandemic and relations with China, I knew it would be a while. It's pretty good breathable with outlets you can close. Bo leaking. Plus it has the carbon filter. I irdered an extra.

Order back in early March, thinking its an American made company so I would receive my order quickly. Its not... its a Chinese company. It took six months to receive part yes part of my order. When I would email about my order I got the run around with the fake emails... do not waste your time or money

I ordered a mask BEFORE there were COVID19 cases reported in the U.S. I got my mask yesterday. The quality is AWFUL! Also, I emailed them so many times and whenever I requested a refund there was no response. If I asked a question, they responded immediately with excuses. I did however manage to get a 25% refund from them for my trouble. Please do not order from these scammers.

I have been waiting on my order for three months. I have emailed this company on numerous occasions. The first times inquired about my orders was given a tracking number, which was not found. I emailed the company again with no response and again, and again, I still have not recived my order. This company has no number all communication is through email.

This place is a scam. I ordered two masks almost two months ago and I have not received them. I have contacted them multiple times and received tracking numbers. In one email the tracking number says in transit (still). In another email the tracking number says my masks were delivered in a different state. I'm contacting my credit card company tomorrow to reverse the charges. Do not order from them.

I was excited to order masks, and did perfunctory checks of the company that seemed like it was OK. Placed my order and immediately became suspicious. The emails were a little too perfect, and the photography was... off. A reverse Google search found that the photos they were using were stolen from news articles. The updates were nonsensical and out of order. I cannot get a response. I thought I was supporting a USA company, and now I'm convinced it was simply fraud. I've reported them to PayPal... Do NOT buy through them. Oh, and the PayPal transaction charged as "Outfit Model Company Limited", which appears to be linked to quite a few apparently fraudulent operators, not just RemarkGreen. Never shipped and never responded back to me about it only a coupon for the next order, like I'm going to order something else from this place. Emma Smith never even responded to my emails

Placed an order months ago and never received the product. The costumer service only respond is that the project has been delivered to the shipping agent. Most be a very slow boat from China. I tried to cancel the order and they will not response.
Do not order from this company.

So I ordered like April 5 and then I went back n ordered more on April 16 prior to ready all the reviews. Everyone that emailed me back last name was smith. Finally I sent them an email trashing them for their Scamish ways... told them I was contacting pal pal for my money back I finally got a tracking number for the first order and I am waiting on one for the second order. After 2 days a label was created and the tracking number finally was able to track and as of now it's in rosedale New York and Lets see if I even get masks in the package. If I do I am gonna sanitize then and leave them in the sun for a few days. The way I curse them out def feel like they'd contaminate them. I'll update this if I get the masks and or if I get my money back from pay pal Also when i go on the site now all the masks show out if stock... they never responded to my email

Took over 3 months for my order to arrive and when it arrived there was only 1 of the 3 masks ordered. This mask was shipped from New Jersey. Took another month for the remainder of my order to arrive and it had shipped from China. Big rip off! Refused to overnight my order and refused to cancel. Run far far away!

My order has been in transit for almost 2 months an shipping /tracking has not been updated since April 20th they won't answer your question an wont return money the postal service has no record of this tracking number

I ordered 6 weeks ago, no masks, no refund- PLEASE do not purchase anything from them. I have received 2 auto generated responses in broken English offering me a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience..

I ordered 4 masks in March. I got one, then 2 and still have not received the first one I ordered. I was told 2 months ago I was going to get a refund for that one and still have not got it. In one of the emails regarding my refund, they didn't even call me by my name. This company and their customer service suck! One of the biggest scams ever!

I ordered 5 masks back in March 2020 and still haven't received my order. I keep emailing them and keep getting same response word for word. I've asked them to reimburse my money back to my account but they don't respond to my request.
